Nice cozy room, had a wonderful stay here. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable. The staff was really friendly as well. Enjoyable.

Hotel was in a good location with lots of sights within a short walkable distance and is close to MRT stations on different lines. The bed was comfy and the pool area was nice with a reasonable sized pool. Some staff were not the friendliest but nothing too bad.

If you have breath problem . Don’t stay here. I use to stay this hotel since last year . But my recent stay found that room ventilation really not bring in fresh air . I can’t really stay long time in room otherwise I will feel dizzy .

Was just alright. Room was clean and reasonably sized for Singapore. In no way would I consider this a 5-star hotel though. There was no sound-proofing and i couldn't sleep well the entire night despite the comfortable bed. You can hear doors slamming from other hotel guests, pipe and water noises when upstairs were using the bathroom, people talking etc. Check-in was a swift and efficient affair. Frontdesk staff were not particularly warm nor attentive and preferred to sit and stare at their screens instead of greeting or assisting guests. The $20 credit was a nice touch to get some bites at their lobby restaurant. The fries were great. Also, do check out their bar which is located on the other side of the building, friendly bartender and beautiful decor.

Location, cleanliness and service is great, the swimming pool and happy hour discount is wonderful. Room is newly renovated, not small as compared other Singapore hotels, but the double bed is not big. Many nice restaurants near by.
The water pressure of the wash basin is too strong. Pillows are too thick.
Overall is great value for money.

Second stay at the Robertson House - the main draw is the location. On top of being near most attractions, its surrounding area is tranquil and has a nice mall opposite it.

Apparently Trip.com had made the booking in an unorthodox way, but the hotel staff was kind and patient enough to sort out my booking expediently. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, location is good if you're comfortable using the MRT and bus network in Singapore.

Overall good experience, staff was friendly and room decently equipped. Positive that they do not provide bottled water but at the same time the filtered water does not taste as good and ended up buying anyway.

The cleanliness was okay. But the facilities are quite bad. The shower is super weak and the shower temperature was unstable. You may hear noises from both corridor and outside hotel. The closet is a bit smelly as well. The location and service were excellent though.

My girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay at The Robertson House by The Crest Collection, location was great and room was small but clean. Only downside was that there was no drinking water provided and that the hotel does not pick up calls for enquiries.
