The receptionist is a lovely girl who went outside during winter to show me the entrance. The room is spacious and clean. Everything in the refrigerator are gifts.

I am a regular traveller, and Elys Suites provided the best hotel service I’ve had in many years. Their staff, particularly Ginevra, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, leaving biscuits and access to a coffee machine in the common area of the hotel. The room itself was massive, extremely clean and had the best shower ever. The location also could not be beat. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the train station and there are ample highly rated restaurants within 100m of the hotel. Next time I am in Sorrento I will without a doubt be staying in Elys Suites again.

This hotel is really nice. The location is just in front of Tasso plaza where is the center of Sorrento. So very accessible any hot places such as restaurants, bars. Souvenir shops, and port…etc. Hotel is really clean and neat. Every facilities are well remodeled so they are very modernized. And there are so many complimentary drinks such as warer, sodas, juices and mini champagne. Really amazing. Most of all, there are really fantastic staff named Sylvie who is amazingly wonderful. During our stay (from booking to after-chek out), she was really kind and helpful for everything what we needed. The best person I’ve met over 25 years trips all over the world. Thanks to Sylvie, my family’s trip to Sorrento was a couple of times wonderful. I strongly suggest this hote to whom wanna stay in Sorrento.

This is where you want to stay when spending time in Sorrento. It is literally over the main shopping street, short walk to train station, short walk to the overlook and path to the water. Not only is the location A+ but the accommodations are very contemporary and comfortable. Sylvie is a wonderful host and can help make needed arrangements, including a very good restaurant recommendation.The morning breakfast, served in the hall right out of the rooms was a good selection of pastry and some savory items. We thought Wlys was excellent value for the money.

We loved our stay at Elys suites in Sorrento. Rooms are large and clean, beds are very comfortable and the AC feels amazing after exploring the streets all day in the heat of the summer. Elys is very conveniently located to all the shopping and dining options in Sorrento. Also very easy to catch a ferry if you want to see more of the Almfi coast. The staff are also I’m redo my kind and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!
