Good place to stay to explore South lake Tahoe. Bathroom was a little small for 5 people 3bed room. Great staff.

The couple managing the property were very helpful with local information. Super nice folks.

We've been here a few times already, it's a good property , nice staff , nice rooms , convenient area , always clean rooms and I like the laundry washer on site . Will definitely come again

I booked a “newly renovated” room. I figured that the property was probably undergoing restorations and was a work in progress but the fact that I booked a newly renovated room, I thought it would be OK for a one night stay. I didn’t expect the property to be a 5 star resort but I did not expect to find blood on the bathroom window sill, a pair of dirty socks beside the bed, an AC unit 2 inches from the bed or trash & debris alongside every bed and piece of furniture. No propane in the bbq or the fire pit. For the price tag I am incredibly disappointed. Upon check in we were informed that the newly renovated unit was already given away so we could either have the three beds like we booked in an older room or a newly renovated 2 beds for the same price. She mentioned that she could give us the smaller room because the next guest hadn’t checked in yet. I thought, we’d hate to take someone else’s room that they were promised. We decided that we’d keep our room but after we were settling in for the night after returning from the lake, we found all of the above. Very ran down, and disappointingly gross. I will never stay here again and think it’s only right to have a partial refund for the experience. Pretty sure the motel 6 would’ve been a better experience with a MUCH smaller price tag.

We didnt like the place the room stink to much my husband could"t stand de odor we check in around 930 and left the place around 1140pm the same day we did the check out. We decide to book a different hotel.

Older and a not in the best shape. But we felt safe and the beds were ok. We had a great time but probably won’t be back

Had a nice stay.room was clean,thou a bit run down,can see daylight around front door,I would stay there again.staff very nice.

It was a good value for the location. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very dated, as well as a bit shabby. That being said, we both slept well because of the comfy beds and quiet location.
