We stayed at this hotel one night before our cruise. The bed was a little too firm, but we were happy enough with the room and locations, which was just across a small street from a mall where we ate our dinner. At a certain time in the afternoon a couple people showed up at what turned out to be the front desk and after a while we got checked into our room. A little different from what we have had at other hotels, but it wasn’t a problem. We came down from London by train and took a taxi to the hotel but the next morning we were able to get an uber for less than half price to take us to the ship. After the cruise we walked outside the ship terminal area and called an uber which was able to avoid all the congestion at the terminal and take us right to the train station. Walking there saved us at least an hour waiting for a car to get to us.

Great location next to the port, shopping centre and lots of local places. However the wifi didn’t work for us at all on the first floor - it wouldn’t connect in our room, only in the ground floor area. This is pretty poor nowadays that the WiFi didn’t work

Ideal location, especially if departing on a cruise. Dinner available but lots of places within walking distance. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable as you would expect from Premier Inn. Lovely breakfast.

Great stay, the refurbishment has really made the rooms better. The bath has been taken out and a nice shower in its place, the toilet seat is now soft close. The bath room has a soft purple light for nighttime. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful and polite.

Staff give me the wrong room number and the room at the end of corridor which I mentioned I didnt' prefer, when I checked in, I told her which I didn't prefer the room at the end of the corridor, but she gave me the room at then end of the corrdior Room 232, finall going up, but someone in the room and I can't open the door, I went down and ask other staff (11 pm), and find my room was Room 332, but the card write is 232, feel annoying and bad experience.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times pre cruise. It is convenient and well positioned but very basic. The rooms are small and there is no fridge or phone. Check in and check out was swift and easy, and staff were polite and friendly. They also offer luggage storage if you have a late embarkation.

We had an accessible room as that was all that was available when we booked but what a room, loads of space, big bathroom, nice shower, a lower bed which was super comfy. The staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Ideally situated for the cruise terminals and adjacent to the West Quay shopping centre with its bars and eateries. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner good value of the Meal Deal. The addition of a safe in the rooms would be a benefit. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Hotel is not far from cruise ship terminal and there is a big shopping mall just across the road. Room is spacious and clean. Apparently the hotel has just been renovated and the bathroom looks new and very clean. Bed was super comfy. Just right near the lobby lift, there is a free phone for guest to call a cab, which is so much convenience if we want to go to the cruise terminal. Apart from that, the hotel even pin-up information of cruise ship docking terminal for guest going on a cruise, which is a very thoughtful gesture. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall will definitely stay here again

Easy & simple self check-in. Hotel is in a great location next to shopping centre, cinema & lots of restaurants all in a very short walking distance. Overall our stay was great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a fabulous position for the cruise terminals. We loved the new Premier Plus style bedroom. Staff in ALL departments very friendly and welcoming. Food OK ( not amazing ) but great to have a restaurant on site. Very clean in bedroom and in public areas.

Rang a few times to request interconnecting rooms. 3rd time I rang they said we have a twin(I think it was) room and family room so couldn't be interconnecting (even though booking said family rooms) had to request they be changed to two family rooms. Got there and we're pleased to see they were interconnecting but then had to trapse back to reception to ask for the internal door to be unlocked. We were absolutely disgusted to find human faeces on the underside of the toilet tissue holder. Reception were very apologetic and did clean it but it did make me concerned how well the rest of it had been cleaned. I think the cleaning staff need to hold themselves to a higher standard (although I appreciate that the person who left the poo were utterly disgusting) Staff were very friendly and helpful but I was really put off my the cleaning standards.
