Guest UserStayed at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views around the property.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities such as the pool and gym were very good. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and family friendly.
A great choice for staying in Abu Dhabi and would consider returning again in the future.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

The location is absolutely excellent. It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Eva G.We stayed at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa (formerly Westin) from January 1–2 for New Year’s, and it was honestly an amazing way to start the year.
Special thanks to Yousef from reception, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He assisted my kid in getting another room key and made sure he could go back up safely while he was playing outside, small gesture, big peace of mind, especially for parents.
Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections, the bed was super comfy, and everything was impressively clean, even the outdoor balcony seats. We were also given a great room with a beautiful golf course view, which made the stay even more relaxing.
My mom truly enjoyed the experience as well. Overall, it’s a calm, comfortable, and well-managed hotel, and definitely a great choice for families in Abu Dhabi. A lovely New Year stay and we’d happily come back!

dxbinmyheartI booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable...
After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :)
Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room.
If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place.
There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review.
What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression.
These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

Guest UserEven for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality.

Grace6888Very close to the sea, and the facilities were decent. However, the bathroom light was broken, but it was fixed the next day.
Facilities: A bit old.
Hygiene: Alright.
Environment: Excellent.
Service: Very good.
Free access to the surfing pool, wave pool, and lazy river: Didn't use them, but they looked good.

J555MHRThis is a very busy hotel, located very conveniently from the madinat zayed shopping centre. The room was ok but the carpet needs updating in my opinion. It has a roof top swimming pool with gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I generally had a pleasant stay.

The front desk is tiny, and so is the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby is actually bigger than the front desk. I had to wait for a room inspection before checking out, which is something I haven't experienced in many years.
The bathroom is really old-fashioned. The hairdryer and magnifying mirror are installed incredibly high – you'd need to be at least 180cm tall to use them comfortably.
And to top it off, there were mosquitoes at night! I barely got any sleep.
