"The room layout was excellent and very convenient. We got a free upgrade to a very quiet room, and the vanity table was a great touch. The staff were incredibly responsive to all our requests; they even gave us an extra breakfast voucher for our group of three every day. When I needed food heated, they warmed it up and delivered it to the room. There were tons of takeout options, delivered by a robot. The washing machines here got clothes really clean. The hotel has its pros and cons, but if you're particular about cleanliness, this is a great choice – it's genuinely spotless. What I'm most grateful for is the convenient airport pick-up service, where they even helped with our luggage. This chain hotel is definitely worth staying at."

"Nice hotel very appropriate for large events near the airport and train station. I was traveling solo for QingMing, but the location brought me here since I was stopping for one day. Note: Romance show has just two late afternoon shows during this holiday of tomb-sweeping. 30 minutes to Land of Wilderness from hotel as an off the beaten path option. The King 180° room had a great view. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and nice waterfall shower bathtub combo. Lots of space and seating in the room. Staff helpful and friendly. Deliveries easy. Price great."

GGuest UserThe whole room is smart-controlled, but what surprised me most was that it came with a washing machine AND a dryer! Plus, you can see the snow-capped mountains and the lake right from your bed. This is exactly what a vacation should be like! The service was truly exceptional. Every day, a delightful afternoon tea was delivered to the room, and in the evening, there were comforting late-night snacks. The best part was the complimentary SPA – the massage was so professional, I actually fell asleep 💆🏻‍♀️ I just tried out the travel photography on a whim, throwing on a 'Bao Fu Lu' brocade waistcoat. The photographer simply styled my hair, and to my surprise, the results were absolutely stunning! It felt like my own zodiac year photoshoot. In the evening: Sitting in the room, watching the lake turn golden with the sunset glow. The distant snow-capped mountains appearing and disappearing. At night: Fireworks blooming right before my eyes 🎆 Now *that's* the perfect atmosphere for Chinese New Year! My emotional needs were totally met!

GGuest UserThis hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha. ⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens. ⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean! ⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well! We will definitely be back.

The hot spring bath was particularly relaxing and secluded terrace added a nice touch to the overall experience. Breakfast was also a highlight — the freshly prepared noodles were delicious and a great way to start the day. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention from the hosts. They were consistently helpful, assisting with organizing and booking day trips, and even preparing takeaway breakfast for early morning departures. The availability of a self-service laundry room was also greatly appreciated during our travels. Finally, the support with luggage — especially coordinating and helping carry it from within the old city to the taxi pick-up point — made a real difference and showed genuine attentiveness. Overall, a thoughtful and well-managed stay, combining comfort, hospitality, and practical support for travelers.

GGuest UserWe had the most delightful stay at Wanchuanxu Hotel in Lijiang's Baisha Ancient Town! The hotel boasts an excellent location and a fantastic design overall, with different rooms offering varying snow mountain views. My child was absolutely thrilled to see the snow-capped mountains through the large window in our room; we didn't even have to leave to enjoy the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun' phenomenon. The hotel is right at the entrance of Baisha Ancient Town, making it super convenient for dining and relaxation with just a few minutes' walk. It's also only about a 10-minute drive from the new Yulong Snow Mountain Tourist Service Center, making access to the mountain by the scenic train incredibly easy. Before our arrival, the hotel butler created a chat group to communicate every service detail, showing great enthusiasm and meticulousness. Unlike other hotels that might offer a welcome fruit platter, they provided exquisite afternoon tea, a shoulder and neck spa, and a sweet soup every evening after we checked in. The hotel's facilities really stood out: a Moen digital shower (easy to select showerheads, accurate temperature setting – the best I've encountered in any hotel), a Dyson hairdryer, a TOTO smart toilet, and a Marshall speaker. From the comfortable rooms to the attentive service, every detail made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking quality; it's definitely a five-star vacation choice!

GGuest UserChoosing Beleran was definitely a great decision, no regrets! Totally worth every penny. ✨ The location is incredibly convenient! Right next to the South Gate of the Old Town, making it super easy to explore without any wasted steps. The room is filled with retro vintage antique furniture. The design is absolutely stunning, creating a fantastic ambiance for photos. And the cliff-edge infinity pool just blew me away! It's truly one-of-a-kind in the Old Town, offering direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. In the mornings, you can watch the sunrise gilding the mountains reflected in the water, and in the evenings, the sunset paints the surface – straight-out-of-camera shots look like masterpieces. They even have a small zoo! Alpacas, peacocks, deer... You can pet the animals and take photos, it's so therapeutic!

GGuest UserInitially, the butler wasn't very proactive in adding me on WeChat, and the room assigned to me was pretty mediocre. However, my stay improved after check-in. The mature male staff member at the front desk was excellent; he moved me to a quieter room with a better view. The shuttle service was also very prompt whenever we called. I had previously stayed at Ansu, where the service was exceptional, so I had some initial disappointment, but overall, the service here was good despite a few minor flaws. The courtyard is huge and filled with various flowers, arranged beautifully. It's clear a lot of effort goes into its maintenance. Every corner of the courtyard is worth savoring; this courtyard was the highlight of my stay. It's absolutely stunning, truly the vibrant and blooming Lijiang I pictured in my mind! Although it opened in 2015, the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast selection is quite diverse, and the small pot rice noodles are delicious! The location is very convenient, with the main entrance on the main road and the back entrance leading directly into the Old Town.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent! They upgraded our room, which was perfect for two adults and two children – not cramped at all. The hotel food was also fantastic, so we didn't even need to go out looking for meals. The activities organized by the hotel were great too; the kids had a blast. Xiao Xi and Xiao Kai took the children to 'Wilderness Hunter,' which was a really meaningful experience.

GGuest UserHighly recommend the Lijiang Jinmao Purelax Mountain Hotel + BJ Photography! The hotel's location is incredible, right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Our room had a huge panoramic balcony with 180-degree direct views of the snow-capped peaks. You can watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' phenomenon right from your bed. The starry night sky was the biggest surprise—the high altitude and minimal light pollution made it truly spectacular. The service was attentive and meticulous, from check-in to itinerary planning, everything was well thought out. The BJ Photography session on the second day was an added bonus. The hotel provides 5 complimentary photos, and there's a wide selection of outfits. The makeup artist was super skilled, and the photographer was excellent at guiding us, capturing all the beauty of the snow mountain and the hotel. The final photos were sophisticated and natural.

Wwally8Banyan Tree's service is never overtly enthusiastic or intrusive; instead, it's a subtle and thoughtful comfort that permeates everything. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively took my luggage and offered a warm welcome drink. Check-in was efficient and seamless, with no tedious waiting throughout. Before my stay, the butler called ahead to inquire about my needs and meticulously noted my preferences, showcasing an incredible attention to detail. The 24-hour butler service was always on call and responded promptly and efficiently. The turn-down service was ceremonial; in addition to tidying up, they presented unique small gifts like Dongba script bookmarks. Occasionally, there were delightful surprises like rose milk foot soaks or coarse salt hot compresses, adding a wonderful touch of warmth. Whether I wanted to switch to a latex pillow, request express room service, or book a travel photoshoot or spa, I just had to contact the butler via WeChat, and every request was met with a response and promptly addressed, feeling as attentive and considerate as family.

TTheng ThengWe booked a suite, and it looked exactly like the photos which is great, opulent in fact. For the price we paid it is incredible value really. The hotel seemed empty and could have done so much better. It definitely has issues: 1. Its location on Trip.com is wrong, even the name differs. Taxi/Didi will drop you at Shuhe South Gate 200m away. 2. Check in time says 1:30pm on Trip.com but on arrival they ask you to come back at 2pm, no welcome, no acknowledgment of how many bags you want to leave in their care, they will ignore you until 2pm. 3. One male staff was unbelievably rude, he came to the reception when we wanted to check in at 1:30pm and “Oi!!!” loudly at us like he was yelling at a dog. In all our lives we never had such greetings. Our reaction must have told him, he was quiet after and quickly checked us in. 4. Lacking in details: a few umbrellas at reception would be nice in Yunnan’s rain, there was a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea bags (Yunnan is famous for both). No bathmat either but a yellow sign “Caution Wet Floor”, no soap at the basin, nothing. Shower was weak and tepid even at hottest level. 5. Breakfast was poor in a dining room with leaking roof. It felt like the hotel is running on empty, and few skeleton staff. On the PLUS side: great location in Shuhe Ancient Town, very spacious suite, super comfortable king bed, hotel does have a few super helpful staff who genuinely want to make it work, even apologized for the rude male staff.
