"This trip to Luoyang was with my elderly relatives and children, and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the security guard rushed to help with our luggage, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in checking us in. The hotel is decorated in the traditional Chinese style, which I love. The receptionist even upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. We decided to extend our stay for the second night. Highly recommended!"

"I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay."

There are some incomplete details indoors and outdoors, including some hot spring areas that are not open, and there are obviously materials that are still being repaired. The signs in the park are not clear, and the main consultation staff. The staff were very enthusiastic. There was a Zhe word in a young name at the front desk. It helped us get slippers and was very serious. Breakfast can not choose too much, but also full. We made an appointment in advance for dinner, sent to the room, the taste is good, the portion is large, it is the most ideal in this itinerary.
