The service is very good, the food is delicious, the facilities in the accommodation are all available, you don't have to buy more. The dog can stay as well, pay 200 baht per day, considered very cheap. Accommodation next to the sea, beautiful view, quiet, private beach.

I don't understand why this hotel has so many good reviews, but I want to write honestly, as someone who has worked in tourism for 20 years and seen a lot. The hotel definitely doesn't live up to its category. The biggest downsides are: there's no sea, the tide is very low every day, so you definitely can't swim here, and the knee-deep water that comes in in the afternoon smells like fish, and even while you're sitting at breakfast, there's a very unpleasant fish smell. But if you want, there's a shuttle that takes you to a good beach several times a day. The pool is dirty with green water; I was snorkeling, and there were tons of hair and sand at the bottom. The water doesn't circulate. In the morning, they pour two buckets of chlorine to disinfect the pool, and then it turns blue for a short while. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, but tired. The tiles and plumbing need replacing. There were a lot of ants and cockroaches in the room. When we reported them, a worker came to exterminate them and treat them with ant repellent. On the plus side, the room has a large TV with YouTube access, a refrigerator, a tea station, a comfortable bed, and daily cleaning and towel changes. Peacocks roam the grounds (but that's not the main reason to come here). Breakfast is modest; there's a coffee machine with real coffee, pancakes, omelets like everywhere else, sausages and ham, and fruit. There were no yogurts or cheeses, and the juices were watered down. A lot of the equipment in the gym is broken. It depends on your preference, but for me, the sea and pool are key features in a place like this, so I wouldn't go back. There are plenty of cheaper and better options on the coast.

Guest UserGreat hotel.
Kids loved the 3 pools and the water park.
Excellent rooms with plenty of space.
Excellent food and brilliant service. The staff helped the kids during meal times.
Everything can be done by the hotel but there are local amenities just a minutes walk away including laundry and Marco’s fantastic Italian.
The hotel is split into 2 parts opposite each other - water park is where most families like us stayed, the beach side is also great. I didn’t realise the beach was so beautiful- definitely worth a visit. The beach here was much nicer than down the coast: soft yellow sand and gently getting deeper- good for kids.
High recommend.

SSpencerThe resort is beautifully designed, blending modern and traditional styles seamlessly into the landscape. Our villa was pleasant with a unique circular layout, though the view was underwhelming. While the compact grounds are well-organized around the pool, the beach restaurant disappoints: the menu is overpriced with limited variety and average quality. A visually appealing property with a solid layout, but the dining experience falls short.

I booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved.
This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service.
We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries.
There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open).
The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms.
The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room.
I'm posting views from the beach opposite Apartment 1128. I don't have any photos of the accommodations, only videos, so I'll try to cut them up and upload them later.

湘儿mmThe hotel is great! It's a paradise! It's a treasure hotel~ Super satisfied!
Breakfast is very delicious, mango, jackfruit are super sweet, there are also Thai rice dumplings, snacks ~ fried seafood, shrimp ~ squid, fried eggs and so on~
The hotel has a large lake, free kayaking is provided, it is fun, there is a lot of mangrove landscape on the lake
There is no 7-11 around, there is a small supermarket not far from the hotel, you can buy some basic things
It is a good choice for people with cars to come over in a daze~
The only minor problem, the pillow is a little higher~ I personally like a shorter pillow

First of all, it's quiet
About 30 kilometers from the dock
You can think of it as the end of the island
There are 9 deluxe rooms and 2 suites in total
The studio-type rooms are in a separate building, but it doesn't seem to have many rooms
It's quiet overall because it's far away
It's perfect if you just want to rest
The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also spacious. The shower didn't drain well
The area around the hotel feels like an aquarium
There are about 5 sea turtles, including saltwater fish and freshwater fish, especially next to the dining area
During the day, they take you to an uninhabited island about 10 minutes away and pick you up at the right time. They prepare water, beach towers, and mats
It's literally an uninhabited island...the water wasn't good enough for snorkeling
They lend you kayaks and life jackets at the hotel
Breakfast is a Thai dish, and you can choose from a few egg dishes, fruits, and breads. It's not a buffet
It's fun to watch the fish while eating
Overall, it's good Experience
No separate parking lot
If you rent a motorcycle, there are many places to go around

MINXINGThe location of the hotel is relatively remote, so it is relatively quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. We did not think it was too crowded. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good, but the variety is relatively small. We booked a room with breakfast. The next day we had breakfast and we ordered the menu. The prices of different packages are different. I wondered if we needed to make up the difference when we checked out, but there was no result. The boss and the proprietress are very nice and enthusiastic. I only blame myself for having too limited English, and they can’t talk well. The hotel has a small boat to take guests to the opposite Bangbao fishing village for dinner every day. The service is very attentive. The hotel’s dinner is also okay, except that there are few varieties, everything else is fine. The fly in the ointment is that there is no place to dry clothes.
There may be monkeys coming sooner or later, so don't be too nervous to hear the movement. And there are a lot of ants on the island, especially at night. Don't be too nervous to see it.

If you come to Xiangdao to play, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very warm, the service is very good, the room is very clean, the exclusive beach view is very beautiful, and the main price is fair and reasonable.
