Mountain View Hotels in Koh Chang

I was quite impressed with this hotel. Since there aren't many reviews, I wanted to share more. The owner is a very welcoming foreigner who offers transportation services with his own cars to anywhere you need to go. While the cost might be a little high, the service is incredibly thoughtful. They also offer four breakfast options, so you can try something different each day. The hotel is right by the sea. I booked a sea-view room hoping to be closer to the beach, but the room itself only offered a view of the ocean. However, the room was incredibly spacious, like a one-bedroom apartment with a living area, plus a balcony right by the pool. I could truly relax there. The cleanliness was good, and the service was excellent. They usually clean the room around noon. I stayed for three nights and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

It is a homestay. There is no hotel front desk. When you arrive, call the landlord and he will tell you the room number and come over as soon as possible. The room is very clean and has simple tableware, kitchen utensils, induction cooker, oven, etc. Friends who are interested can cook by themselves. The hotel is located on a small road, but easy to find and quiet. On the second floor of the house are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is a large foldable sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. Pearl Beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The landlord also prepared a simple introduction in three languages: Chinese, English and Thai, including a simple map, tourist information and room-related information. For this price, it is a good value for money. It is still worth staying.

It was a good place to stay, only thing I recommend is putting incense in the bathroom I stayed in the bungalow if I ever come to to Koh chang I’d definitely stay there again as it is very good especially if you have a scooter. There is scooter hire laundry multiple 7-11 and restaurants near by I’d say it’s a great location.

Отель очень понравился, каждый день убираются номера, каждый день меняются полотенца. Всё супер!!! Единственное, чтобы можно было сделать хозяевам отеля, так это сделать на улице места для курения, в номерах курить нельзя, но многие курят на балконе и дым распространяется в соседние номера, мы не курящие, и приходилось закрывать балкон при такой жаре, ещё бы на втором этаже поставить кондиционеры, крыша нагревается и дышать не чем. А так всё понравилось, рядом ресторан с морепродуктами, оптовый магазин, в котором есть всё необходимое. В отели мы не питались, но рядом куча едальней и нужен байк, собственного пляжа нет. Отель рекомендую, берите с кондиционером. Очень доброжелательные хозяева, и тишина, начиная с вечера и до утра.

A beautiful hotel with sea access on the rocks. You'll go down, up, and never go back. It's a long walk to the beach without a motorbike, although even Chai Chet Beach is a 45-minute walk. Breakfast is varied, but they only change the soup and three types of scrambled eggs to choose from. There's a balcony with a table and clothes drying rack, panoramic windows with mosquito nets, and a new air conditioner. Peacocks roam the grounds. There's a flat-screen TV, but we didn't turn it on.

Nice Location close to the beach. Good variety of bars and restaurants in that area. Clean room. There is also a Restaurant with a Pool table included in the Hotel. The bathroom is a bit small.

description and reality are different. I booked a luxury room with a king size bed and a mountain view, but they gave us a room with a road view. They said that only large beds with a road view. The manager tried to fix the situation and offered us the top floor. All night long the music in the bar was screaming under the window and cars were making noise on the road. Very nice and cozy hotel. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves is something! There is only one minus - a rocky beach, which together with the waves excludes the possibility of normal swimming. So I had to forget about the sea in this place, only the pool or go to neighboring beaches.

We had a lovely room with a sea view and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would book the hotel again anytime.
