"Exceptional value for money with great staff
I had a wonderful stay here. The standout feature is definitely the staff—the front desk team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the price point, the facilities are exceptional and hard to beat.
There are a few minor points to note: the building doesn't have an elevator, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor issues and didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing budget-friendly option and I highly recommend it."

"Самое главное преимущество этого отеля- это его превосходное расположение. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, огромный супермаркет, кофейня, автобусная остановка. Из аэропорта ходит номер 100 каждый час до площади Франции, потом оттуда до отеля ходят 13, 43, 47, 97, 259. Доступность общественного транспорта на высоте в Ереване.
Номер просторный, с чайником и холодильником. Дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки-стандартные, порционные. В целом, хорошее соотношение цены и качества."

AAnnaA great place to stay overnight and wait for the plane, near a hypermarket but not accept Russian cards, there is a exchange point, in the room and in the hotel clean, a large room shared for women, There was no one except me, the impression was spoiled only the weather was +50 on the street, it was impossible to go out for a walk, but in the room is excellent air conditioning, shower spacious, and several sanzoes on the floor, recommend this hotel and for long stay and for one night, There is a kitchen and a refrigerator, you can cook for yourself food

HHelga 2801Прекрасное место расположения, напротив ресторан Кавказ, рядом 2 супермаркета. Места общего пользования нуждаются в клининге, но когда в одном мест собирается столько неординарных интересных людей, иностранцев (американка, китаянка, армянин из Сочи , диктор и тд) и вечер перестает быть скучным и чистота и прочее уже не имеют значения ! Хозяин - душка - добрый, отзывчивый … Домашняя обстановка :-)

GGuest UserПонравился отель и обслуживающий персонал ! Очень приятные девочки и парень на ресепшн , помогают всем чем могут . Отель новый (ему около 3 лет), поэтому и ремонт свежий, новый . Этому отелю не дашь 2 звезды , надо дать больше . Всё необходимое в отеле есть - фен, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубные щетки, пасты, чайник в номере, утюг (по запросу), вай-фай в номере 6 - слабоват в части комнаты где кровать, ближе к противоположной стене -норм , но лучше всего на 1 этаже я так понимаю, там прекрасный вай-фай (там есть номера тоже). Можно заказать кофе за 30 драм , да да, 30, а не 300))
Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍 я 2600 за ночь заплатила, жила 5 дней. От центра пешком минут 40-50, на такси 10 мин. (Рублей 250-350 в зависимости от времени суток). Метро в 10 мин ходьбы , можно на метро ездить в центр (вроде 100 драм).

GGuest UserЗа исключением того , что мы не могли какое то время попасть отель с сыном ночью,все остальное было хорошо. Отель находится в очень хорошем месте , доступное расположение в центре . Мы были довольны этим . Все остальное - на уровне цены

GGuest UserPerfect location in center of yereven easy access to most of the place to travel even by walk .Good accommodation with friendly staff .They don't refuse when you ask for any help they are always helpful and I recommend as one of the very good place to choose for tourist.
