Just need to come to Evergrande Venice to do business, this room type is relatively cost-effective, customer service is timely. Downstairs is the commercial street, which perfectly solves the problem of eating. Goed to Bihai Yintan. Windy and cold.

There is a small parking lot next to it, suitable for self-driving. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Wenfeng World, and there are construction sites and residential areas around. The room is quite big, the newly renovated taste is a little bit, but the aroma is stronger. The roll paper holder is installed in the left rear, and the general person is not easy to use. There are breakfast shops around, and breakfast is not included.

I took my children to Evergrande for vacation on the weekend. I chose this nice house a few days in advance. The housekeeper immediately got in touch and arranged a house close to the hotel according to our requirements. It was very convenient. The house was brand new and clean. The environment is not bad, the scenery of the resort is still very beautiful, the blue sea, soft sand, the children had fun playing, and we also relaxed. It's really good. I will stay here again next summer. It's really good! [powerful]

The room is spacious and bright, with an excellent view. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the endless sea view, which is refreshing. The bed was soft and comfortable. In the morning, the sun was spilled on the bed through the curtains, awakening me to enjoy a wonderful day. The service of the homestay is also very thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home. Highly recommend to everyone!

住了兩晚各有優缺點第一晚住了照片裏的房間三個房間最小的空調壞了打不冷主卧的空調管子被風吹的一直有dong dong dong的聲音所以我要求第二天給我換了一間房間（就官方圖片上的設施什麼都看着是比較新的裝修也挺好的）陽台沒有封起來不敢掛衣服曬怕被吹跑了第二晚住了官方照片裏的房間距離海邊很近一直有風的聲音特別是晚上風特別大這間三個房間空調都是好的但是次卧那間和第一晚的問題一樣空調管子被吹的發出dong dong dong的聲音陽台門鎖有一扇壞了但不影響開旁邊的小門陽台是封起來的整體來説還算是滿意的管家也能及時回覆消息距離周圍的海邊開車過去都在15-30分鐘內小區很大非常大每片區域下面也都有一排排的商鋪選擇性蠻大的但是燒出來的味道還是相差蠻大的看運氣了另外去飯店裡吃飯的時候可以問一下是活蝦還是死蝦有的店鋪居然説把周圍都賣死蝦都沒有活蝦但都是當天的放冰櫃裏死掉的我們是因為要給小孩子吃選了有活蝦賣的飯館吃的

Going to work, I chose the store, the location is good, just near the 9-character commercial street, eating a meal for 3~5 minutes, quite convenient. The room is also good, you can see the sea, the overall feeling is good, will come next time.

I read the reviews online, some good and some bad, and booked a room with the intention of giving it a try. It was completely beyond my expectations. I could feel the owner's care as soon as I opened the door. The room was very cozy and the light was very good. When the weather was fine, I could take a walk on the beach, which was perfect for relaxation. When I asked the customer service butler about the fun places here, he would reply to me very attentively. Overall, I felt good staying here. When I get older, I will consider buying a house here for retirement.
