"This was the best hotel in Mito in the same price range.
The building is old, but the interior and rooms have been renovated and are very clean.
There are plenty of amenities, and you can read as many manga as you like, even if you don't read them.
If I had to nitpick, as other reviews have mentioned, the Wi-Fi is so slow it's practically unusable."
