"Staying at this hotel was the perfect start to our Nepal holiday. It is tucked away from the Main Street which adds to a feeling of quiet and safety, whilst still being in the centre of the Thames area. The hotel is well designed and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the rooftop. The hotel manager, Ganesh, was so helpful even when we booked the room and helped us to organise airport transfer and then sorted out our trekking trip, making sure we had all the information we needed. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it’s okay, freshly made. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures."

"had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kathmandu. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping was consistent and detailed — I always came back to a fresh and tidy room. The location is also perfect: close to everything, but still quiet enough at night to get good rest. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and many cultural sites. Overall, amazing service, lovely people, and a place I would happily return to. Highly recommend."

"Close to Chinatown in the Taier District, convenient for living. One house away from the road, very quiet. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and there is 24-hour hot water. But the hardware is really not good. The kettle trips when the plug is turned on, and the hot water is not stable when it is not turned on. The most unbearable thing is that the floor is too low. The old wooden floor is two meters high, and you have to lower your head when going up and down the stairs. The most outrageous thing is that the height of the bathroom door and the space where the toilet is located is only 1.5 meters, which caused my head to be hit four times and a big bump."

"The location is pretty good being close to the airport. The staff are really nice, friendly, genuinely concerned about providing a hassle free experience!  Its price was great too. The hot water was better than most of the more expensive hotels. We’ll return for sure!!!!"
