4-Star Hotels in Cixi

The hotel is located in the middle of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. You can view the sea while lying on the bed. We booked a tatami room, but the children all wanted to sleep on the tatami. There are also free handicraft classes, yoga, table tennis, etc. on the fourth floor. It is not boring at all. The next day, I climbed the observation tower and stood at a height of more than 300 meters to see the bridge which was even more shocking. I will come back next time. The room is also equipped with Go chess and Japanese-style tables and chairs, where you can make a pot of tea and watch the sea. The hotel also provided homemade desserts, snacks and drinks as gifts, which was so thoughtful.

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Connected to mall. There are two halal restaurants in the mall. The staff named 'Bonnie' can speak fluent English & she helped me alot. Thanks Bonie. The room is very clean with big 100' projector. I didnt opt for breakfast this time. Coz i just want to wake up late & being lazy. No doubt , just book this hotel.

The budget hotel is relatively new and the rooms are not big, but there is a strong sewage smell. Because all the disposable items have been used, we did not change rooms. The waiter asked us to ventilate the room, but the smell came from the bathroom sewer. Can't be dispersed. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks are not as rich as advertised. Afternoon tea is just self-service coffee and milk tea, while late-night snacks are porridge and instant noodles. There are not many things for breakfast, which is far inferior to that of a big hotel. The price of 388 yuan/night is disappointing and not worth it.

The hotel parking lot is very convenient, and the front desk staff were also very helpful. The parking lot is spacious, and there are charging stations available, which is really handy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. It's a great hotel overall, highly recommended!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

We stayed during the May Day holiday. The price/performance ratio was good. Although it was not newly renovated, the hygiene was well maintained. The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel. The children's slippers, toiletries, small stools, toilet seats, and small gifts, dolls, small toys, and small tents were all available. They even prepared disposable bathtub bags. The children were very happy. The location is good, parking is free, there are many restaurants within walking distance, the breakfast is affordable, the check-in and check-out at the front desk are very fast, and the ladies are very enthusiastic!

The environment is pleasant, the front desk staff is friendly, the rooms are fully equipped, and there are smart guest control systems, making it convenient to travel around the area, which is quite impressive. Would definitely recommend !!

The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it Breakfast: Rich, the rice cakes are delicious and unique

Next to the hotel is a forest park with nice scenery, suitable for evening walks or morning jogging, and convenient transportation. There are also fruit, vegetable and seafood wholesale markets around, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
