4-Star Hotels in Cixi

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

This hotel is a real gem! The price is great, and both the service and room quality are excellent. It has a minimalist style, a bit like a Fairfield by Marriott. The rooms are very spacious, and with the large, high-floor windows, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Cixi's financial district. This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!

The room completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and left a lasting impression on me. Overall, the room was very clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The services provided were also very thoughtful and customer-oriented. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip in the area.

I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

We stayed during the May Day holiday. The price/performance ratio was good. Although it was not newly renovated, the hygiene was well maintained. The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel. The children's slippers, toiletries, small stools, toilet seats, and small gifts, dolls, small toys, and small tents were all available. They even prepared disposable bathtub bags. The children were very happy. The location is good, parking is free, there are many restaurants within walking distance, the breakfast is affordable, the check-in and check-out at the front desk are very fast, and the ladies are very enthusiastic!

The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. The room was very good, the parent-child room had a big bed and a small bed were very spacious. The room is also very large. Wanda Vista, which is selected for family travel, is very satisfied, the hotel hardware is also in line with expectations, and the toiletries used are very advanced. The location of the hotel is also convenient to various attractions, and free parking is available. The service of Xiao Du and Xiaonan who received us was very good, five-star praise! Stay here next time!

The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service.
