Guest UserThe room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and new. Plenty of hot water with stable pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich. The hallway fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were high-quality, and the service was thoughtful.

Guest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, excellent! 👍
I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable.
Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.
