4-Star Hotels in Siena

The hotel has a good location, but there is no special service. The hotel environment is great, but the room is very average. I just feel that the price-performance ratio is not good enough. The breakfast is also very simple or of good quality! Ate in the restaurant in the evening, the food was not amazing!

Cannot be cancelled a month before departure, so I did not stay later and could not comment. Although it is a homestay, I hope there is still a mechanism for cancellation. Later, I took a day trip to Siena. If I like quiet and suburban, I can consider accommodation, because I don’t like too quiet attractions when I travel. I am fortunate that I didn’t drive to Siena by myself. In fact, it’s enough to travel in Xiamen for about half a day. No need to stay for one night.

This is the biggest surprise in the hotel we have lived in this trip! The hotel is very good, it is estimated that it is 20 meters away from the church steps, and the entire hotel has been modernized. There was an Italian beauty at the front desk who was very friendly and upgraded our room. The whole room was furnished with classical furniture hundreds of years ago. Especially the wardrobe, very beautiful and impressive. Another room is said to have been inhabited by the Pope when he was young and has also passed the church certification. This is the first time I have seriously evaluated a hotel's facilities and services in many years of travel. Recommended!!!

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

The whole house is very tasteful, looks magnificent, the location is very good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the machine in the room (one is a refrigerator, one does not know what, has been very loud), sleeping is very annoying. Another big problem is that self-driving tours, parking services need to be reserved, must contact the hotel in advance, their front desk has to go to work at 3 pm, we did not get any prompts, before going to the ztl limit area, stop and call, they said they can drive in, Finally, I knew that the door we opened was wrong, so I had to charge a ticket of about 80!

Very inexplicable hotel, it is recommended to avoid lightning. We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the evening, no one, no lighting outside, black lights blindly found the room according to the guidelines, the room is different from the hotel picture, the difference is very big. Check out the next day, did not see a staff member

정원부터 방까지 뭐하나 빠짐없이 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 시에나가 처음이아서 택시 잡기 어려웠는데, 제가 어디에 있든 시에나를 편하게 지낼 수 있도록 도와주신 지배인 분들 너무 감사합니다. 조식에 나온 커피, 빵 그리고 과일 너무 다 맛있어요. 덕분에 첫 이탈리아 출장에서 너무 편하게 있었습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶네요.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.
