GGuest UserStopped for 2 nights with the children in December.The location is perfect.Inside the heat,all clean,there is all the necessary items.The kitchen is equipped,there is a coffee machine and capsules for her.Everything was very enjoyable.Thank you very much.

I must give 5 stars to this very nice hotel,in terms of the location,deco,ambiance,room cleanses,superior view, food，especially the great services. The front desk girl,Sara, gave me a warm welcome,asked my preference on the breakfast and led me to the room,.When heard my planning trip to Bienza next day, She quickly made a search and confirmed me that there were no public bus service on Sunday.Later on, Sara helped me called restaurant to reserve dinner and hotel in Bienza to book a room with discount.Put every things together,I felt lucky to choose this hotel and extended one more night with no hesitation.

Sskeleton88Meet my expectations of the homestay, breakfast coffee is very good. In the old town, the old house was changed to a homestay, and the window was the street. Picture one is the reception desk of the hotel, which is actually a large suite living room. There are very few rooms in the whole hotel. If you want to experience the old town homestay, you can try it. There is also a public terrace. The weather is good and coffee should be great. It is a pity that I lived in it. It was rainy. But the parking lot and check in time are not very convenient, you have to be mentally prepared.

SShuaishuai~Very inexplicable hotel, it is recommended to avoid lightning. We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the evening, no one, no lighting outside, black lights blindly found the room according to the guidelines, the room is different from the hotel picture, the difference is very big. Check out the next day, did not see a staff member

WWine1981There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

DDenisProbably the most successful location, and the parking is, and access by car, and as close as possible to the historic part of the city . Simona welcomed at the parking and brought to the room. Two-storey building, on the second - a small hall, public zones and rooms themselves. The room is spacious, clean with everything necessary.
