Brand new rooms conveniently located. The staff was excellent. Simona at the front desk set up incredible dinners for us in Sienna and an outstanding wine tasting at winery. Incredibly helpful, knows all the best places and was really fun. The rooms are new and there are really nice walking trails in a private woods. Lovely place and Simona and Lilianna helped us have a wonderful visit to Sienna.

The architect of this hotel should loose his/her license. The room is gigantic and with lots of wasted space. In the bathroom, there is no counter top space around the sink and the shower box is tiny, causing the water to splash all over the floor. In addition, the exhaust system in the bathroom is very loud and nearly deafening.
The curtains in the bedroom cover the air conditioning, so the air doesn’t flow if the curtains are closed.
In the living area, the TV is super small and very distant from the sofa, so you can’t really watch it. They should have at least a 50 inches in size.
Finding your room is nearly impossible. A very nice lady, Helena, walked us there. There is a number for the building, another for the floor and another for the unit itself. They don’t make sense! The floor number does not match the numbers in the elevator.
The location is fantastic. The property is surrounded by trees and everything is brand new. There still time to fix most of the problems and if they do, the hotel can be a huge success. Best of luck.

Even if the property is not fully ready, the greatest asset of the staff is their promptness to resolve any little detail that may be out of place and answer all our requests with professionalism and great customer attention. The apartment we had was perfect, very spacious and everything was new!! Beautiful area surrounding the building and very conveniently located. Ingrid and the staff were particularly generous and professional with our issues. Congratulations ! We would like to return when the full property is ready with all the facilities ready!!! Thanks a million!!!

Prenotato un bilocale per 4 in occasione della manifestazione STRADE BIANCHE. Struttura lussuosa. Ma finisce tutto lì. Personale scarsamente competente e poco attento al cliente: non gli interessa cur****lo ! In 4 avevano un bilocale: 1 tazza per colazione, 2 sedie, nessuno specchio e nessun attaccapanni. Ti viene da dire: il cliente...come un estraneo!!!! Per non parlare degli EXTRA non conosciuti all'atto della prenotazione : 50€ per tenere la camera sino alle 15 e € 100 fino alle 18. E questo considerando che la struttura era completamente occupata da ciclisti partecipanti alla gara e che quindi necessitavano di usufruire della camera e della doccia dopo la competizione. Nonostante le nostre lamentele all atto del pagamento, il direttore (se questo lo si puo definire) ha semplicemente risposto che non poteva farci nulla. Invece di essere riconoscenti hanno pensato bene di darti la bastonata finale.

Abbiamo pernottato la sera di capodanno nella struttura. Moderna, grandissima, pulita e davvero ben arredata. Probabilmente ancora qualche cosina da sistemare ma dato che è stata inaugurata solamente da quattro mesi credo sia più che plausibile. L’unica mancanza che abbiamo riscontrato è una tenda per la finestra del bagno, la nostra finestra si affacciava sul cortile dove chiunque poteva andare e quindi volendo affacciarsi, nonostante le finestre a specchio, l’interno era ben visibile. Per il resto e per quanto riguarda la cordialità, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità ottimi. Consiglierei di modificare in maniera più precisa la distanza tra la struttura e il centro poiché non esattamente corretta, abbiamo impiegato circa 35 minuti a piedi per raggiungerlo.
