Facilities: The hotel is located in a spacious area, and each room is a detached villa, covering a large footprint. Environment: The large area allows for excellent landscaping, which creates a very serene and soul-cleansing atmosphere. Service: The staff are very diligent and responsible, and incredibly enthusiastic. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless.

Traveling to Putuo during the Great Heat season, the scorching sun felt like it could melt you. After a long and tiring journey with many stops, exhaustion was inevitable. However, the weight of this travel fatigue was gently dissolved by the serene surroundings and the exceptional warmth encountered here. The accommodation was elegant and peaceful; opening the door immediately brought a sense of comfort, washing away a full day's heat from the blazing sun. The thoughtful and meticulous service, like a clear mountain spring, subtly nourished our experience, revealing attentiveness and warmth at every turn. The most delightful surprise was that the owner specially gifted my daughter a travel photoshoot. Amidst the play of light and shadow, it not only captured her innocent smiles in this 'Buddhist Kingdom of Sea and Sky' but also immortalized our precious parent-child moments. Upon our departure, the hosts presented each of us with a lucky bag. Holding the exquisite brocade pouch, it contained not just auspiciousness and blessings, but also the most touching warmth of this journey. Returning home with beautiful memories captured in photos and pockets full of blessings, we felt completely content. I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for Manager Li Wenyuan. During my stay, Li Wenyuan was proactive and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, he immediately came forward to assist with my luggage and was very courteous and polite. When I inquired about local transportation and sightseeing routes, he patiently and thoroughly explained everything, offering practical advice. He is diligent and dedicated, always putting himself in the guests' shoes and thinking of their needs. His thoughtful and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. His excellent professionalism truly reflects the hotel's high service standards and left a very deep impression on me. I am truly grateful for Li Wenyuan's dedicated service and hope the hotel will recognize his efforts.

My stay at Huajianling Guanzizai Hotel on Mount Putuo was quite good overall. The hotel service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made check-in and daily services very smooth. The overall environment was also very comfortable, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, there are a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast selection was a bit limited; I hope it can be expanded in the future. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dacheng Temple, which is nice. But if you need to take a car, sometimes you have to wait quite a while, so it's good to factor in extra travel time. Another thing I'd really like to see adjusted is the daily beverage replenishment policy. Currently, new guests receive replenishment, but those staying for two or three consecutive nights do not. This rule feels a bit unreasonable. For guests staying multiple nights, having beverages replenished daily would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, the hotel's service and environment are very good. If details like breakfast, transportation waiting times, and beverage replenishment could be further optimized, the overall experience would be even more perfect.

I always check reviews before booking a hotel. I saw a lot of positive comments about Manager Xiao Song, and by coincidence, Xiao Song was the one who checked me in. The check-in process was very quick and she was incredibly thoughtful. From reminding me about breakfast times and the shuttle, to helping me plan and arrange my outings, and even taking care of and showing concern for my child – it was truly heartwarming. I'm especially grateful for Manager Xiao Song's hospitality; it really exceeded my expectations. This is a great hotel.

Our Zhoushan trip concluded perfectly! Before we even left, Crowne Plaza contacted us to upgrade us to a family room. They even gave us a cake for my birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions. The complimentary photo shoot was great – the photographer was excellent at interacting with the kids, and their photos turned out beautiful, leaving us with wonderful memories of our trip. The service was thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend!

We booked a two-bedroom pool villa for two nights during the National Day holiday, and overall, it was a good experience. The service was generally excellent. We had a butler chat group for immediate assistance, and requests were promptly handled, including car services which were quite fast. In terms of facilities, the hotel is indeed a bit old. The living room lighting in our room was dim, and the bathroom door couldn't close properly. For the price, the minibar and coffee capsules were also somewhat disappointing. The courtyard pool was a bit chilly for swimming in October, but it was convenient to hop straight into the room for a hot shower afterward. The hotel's public facilities are comprehensive, with indoor and outdoor pools, and a wave pool, all great for families. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor public pool. Parking is free, and there's an EV charging station. The kids' club is quite small, and there aren't many family activities. Guests get free access to the beach, which is great for wading and digging in the sand. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, and there was no waiting even during the holiday. For dinner, there's a food street just a left turn from the hotel with many popular seafood restaurants offering good value for money. Overall, resort hotels are very weather-dependent. With good weather, strolling around is very pleasant and great for photos.

Whenever I visit Mount Putuo, this hotel is always my first choice. In fact, I've stayed here several times now. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to Fayu Temple, with Qianbu Beach directly in front, and a path leading straight up to Foding Mountain. The hotel itself is exquisite, elegant, and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a tranquil environment with a strong Zen ambiance. It was the rainy season during my stay, and sitting quietly, sipping tea, and listening to the rain brought a wonderful sense of peace and joy. The reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, a special shout-out to them. This time, I also got to experience the complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer did a fantastic job – another big thumbs up!

This is a temporary stop for Zhujiajian sea fishing. There aren't many dining options nearby, but food delivery is convenient. Overall, for the off-season, the room quality at this price is quite good, but there are still many details that could be improved. For example, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and when it was, it was too noisy. The showerhead also didn't work well.

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
