After visiting Mount Putuo, I stayed at this hotel in Zhujiajian, and it was quite unique! It's right opposite the Guanyin Bodhisattva World, so the next day I could just scan my ID to enter, which was a good experience! The room was nice, and they offer a shuttle service. The minibar items were complimentary, and the auntie even brought milk and fruit.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise during our trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room. The sea view from the room was amazing, and the overall stay was very comfortable. I also have to praise the breakfast – it was a fantastic surprise! There was a wide variety of options, and everything tasted great. I highly recommend the small wontons; they have thin wrappers and generous fillings. In terms of location, it's very close to Putuo Tiandi, which has lots of dining, drinking, and entertainment options. It's about a 15-minute drive from Zhujiajian Port, so if you're planning to go to Mount Putuo, it's best to allow some extra time.

Hilton Zhoushan is an outstanding choice with stunning sea views, spacious and tidy rooms, and comfortable beds. Service is warm and efficient, especially thanks to Mingo, who is thoughtful, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, great facilities, and delicious breakfast. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended for business and leisure trips.

Traveling to Zhoushan with my elderly parents and child, our stay at Angsana Zhoushan felt incredibly heartwarming thanks to the exceptional service. Upon check-in, our booked room wasn't ready yet. After a long journey, we were all quite tired, especially the elderly and the child, and frankly, a bit anxious. A huge thank you to Ms. Zhou and Manager Hu at the front desk. They weren't rigid with rules and truly understood the special circumstances of traveling with seniors and a child. They flexibly reallocated rooms, did their best to minimize our waiting time, and effectively resolved our check-in issue. Ms. Zhou was especially thoughtful and attentive; she personally guided and assisted my elderly parents to the room, carefully checked all the facilities inside, and only left after ensuring our family was comfortably settled. It really showed genuine care. I also want to commend Mr. Zhang from the hotel. He explained the hot spring environment in great detail, patiently answering all my questions thoroughly. His professionalism was outstanding. I've been to Zhoushan many times, but this is the first time I've encountered such delicate, sincere, and professional hotel service. The entire staff was warm, thoughtful, and attentive to the needs of both the elderly and children. This comfortable stay added so much to our entire trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent; I could see the Nanhai Guanyin statue from my room. It's right on the beach, and walking to Nanhai Guanyin, Zhulin Temple, and Puji Temple is very convenient. The hotel service is great, with pier transfers and thoughtful, personalized service – definitely a highlight. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style, and the unique 'order-as-you-go' system every other day is a nice touch. The seafood set dinner was high quality, delicious, and good value for money. I also want to give a shout-out to the photographer at Chanpai; their photography skills were great, photo selection was quick, and I was very happy with the pictures. My only minor regrets are that the clear sound of the waves at night affected my sleep, and the room didn't have a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!

They upgraded me to a room, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The meals included in the package were also very generous. They even gave me a fresh fruit platter and soft drinks. It was a very pleasant experience.

The location is excellent, right across from Fayu Temple and the bus stop. If you're heading to Shancai Cave, I highly recommend this hotel. The room facilities are a bit dated, mostly wooden, but the hotel offers shuttle service. I slept pretty well, and the surrounding environment is nice. My room was on a quieter side with fewer guests, so there was less noise. I wouldn't recommend coming on the weekend due to the crowds; Friday is a better option. Definitely try the foot bath!

The room was too small, and the toilet had a strange odor. They even tried to charge extra for my child's breakfast. It was one adult and two children, even if you consider it two adults, children are usually free! They didn't charge on the first day, but then tried to charge on the second. Are they just trying to swindle people? The breakfast was better than a guesthouse, but unlike a guesthouse, there's no dedicated car to take you where you want to go. I guess accommodation on the island is generally not as good as in the city. Five-star prices for three-star amenities. Accommodation in Putuo is getting more and more expensive, with more scams, and it's becoming less authentic. This year's accommodation is even more expensive than last year, and the service is really mediocre.

The lobby felt high-end and spacious, with simple yet elegant decor and soft lighting that created a very inviting atmosphere without feeling oppressive. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. They quickly completed the registration and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and other important details. The service was professional and appropriate, with no lengthy waits. Our deluxe city-view king room was spacious and well-arranged. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep that helped alleviate fatigue after a day of travel. The room's amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with stable water pressure in the bathroom, quick hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The city view from the window was expansive, allowing us to enjoy the urban landscape in our free time. The room also had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night and a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation.
