WWenshizhuziAfter visiting Mount Putuo, I stayed at this hotel in Zhujiajian, and it was quite unique! It's right opposite the Guanyin Bodhisattva World, so the next day I could just scan my ID to enter, which was a good experience! The room was nice, and they offer a shuttle service. The minibar items were complimentary, and the auntie even brought milk and fruit.

LLjlucyService: The service was very warm and welcoming. They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time. Whenever I had an issue during my stay, they responded promptly.
Environment: The hotel is located in Donggang Shanshan Tiandi, surrounded by chain restaurants like Mama Jia and Yuan Zhi Yuan Wei, as well as many private eateries. Takeout is also very convenient. It's about 1.5km from Kaihong Plaza.
Cleanliness: Generally, the cleanliness was satisfactory. There was a piece of scrap paper under the table that wasn't cleaned, but it was hidden by the table, so I didn't see it, and it's understandable.
Facilities: Being a hotel opened at the end of 2024, the hardware facilities are all new. The mattress and curtains were quite clean. The main drawback was that the room felt extremely stuffy and hot. I didn't notice this in the lobby or restaurant, but it was very noticeable on the guest room floor, especially in the room itself. At first, I set the air conditioning to fan mode, but it remained stuffy for several hours. Even after turning off the AC, it was still the same. I eventually called the front desk, and housekeeping brought a fan, which I kept on, and it made things a little better. Also, I think they should switch the toilet paper; it breaks apart too easily and tends to stick.

It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay.

MM383735****In the fourth year of coming to Putuo Mountain, this time I chose Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the Fayu Temple parking lot and quiet. It is also very convenient to have a free pier pick-up and drop-off. After getting off the bus, there will be a young lady to help with the luggage. When I checked in, I met Xiao Song at the front desk. The check-in procedure is super fast and the business is very skilled. I used to live in Puji Temple. I chose this place this time. I didn’t wait for me to ask the exit. Xiao Song introduced us very enthusiastically how to take the car around. He also told us a lot of detailed strategies. I felt that I had been blindly playing before, and I asked about our return itinerary, and recommended hotels and restaurants that are convenient for accommodation outside the island, which is particularly intimate. I really want to give Xiao Song a big praise, and I am grateful to 🙏 I will continue to choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

SShuishuowohuai1971For the past two years, whenever I've visited Putuo Mountain for a pilgrimage, I've chosen to stay at the Radisson Manor. One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.

The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The room view was excellent with plenty of sunlight. Whenever I saw a staff member, they would always greet me warmly.
The housekeeping was impeccable; the floors, tabletops, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was very soft, and both the pillows and duvet were comfortable, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep.
Judy's service was very attentive. The front desk staff were quick and welcoming during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Mineral water and toiletries were replenished daily, and clothes were tidied up. Any requests made by phone were attended to within minutes, very responsive.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including breakfast delivery, local Zhoushan snacks, freshly baked bread, fruits, milk, and more – I had a hearty breakfast every day.
It's an older hotel, but the facilities are very comprehensive. The gym and pool are excellent, with well-equipped machines for a great workout experience. There's also a huge children's playground that's safe and fun, keeping kids entertained for a long time.
Visiting during the off-season offered great value for money. I will definitely come back again.

The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo.

111756952-The experience of traveling to Zhoushan in spring is really great. I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel. The service was very warm and the environment was very clean and tidy. I could see the sea from the room. The scenery was beautiful when I walked around nearby. I got up in the morning and went to the first floor to have breakfast, which was also very delicious. I especially recommend the seafood noodles, which is a local specialty and highly recommended.
