Not sure how the room keeper perform their routine cleaning & room preparation , simple thing like pillow case can’t get it right , how unfortunate. Not sure if I could repeat stay once again

New hotel i think. Location is at industrial area, its okay to me. Room also okay, but the toilet bit dirty and smell not good. The sewerage smell from the toilet came out,we have to sleep with the smell😂. Breakfast food so so. Overall okay. If they settle the sewerage problem will be great.

so pity that swimming pool can not use due to under maintenance room is bright but the sound of lift up and down too noisy

I recently stayed at here and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The room is ok but the water draining is rather slow. and the shower glass door silicon flap is off. So water tends to splash out to the dry area. Hope this issue can be resolved. And the aircond in the room is not cooling enough especially when just checked in. It needs a whole day to cool the room. Breakfast is so so. This hotel is just average.

Servis agak lemah..bilik berbau loji..mnta tukar bilik dihantarnya housekeeping utk inpect..lepas tu housekeeping sekadar spray pewangi..pewangi mane la tahan lame..mnta tukar gak tp diberi bilik katil single lak..booking katil king mane mau dibagi bilik single..mnta tukar lagi..tunggu punya tunggu siap call 2 3 kali kata nak dtg bilik utk bawa ke bilik lain..proses check in je nk dpt kn setel berjam-jam..kami sampai pukul 5 ptg nak dapatkan bilik seperti djanjikn lebih kurang 6.45 ptg baru selesai..tu pun nak kena hamok kt counter baru dapat..fikir2kan lah

There is car park in the hotel building which is convenient, flat rate RM8 if give your credit card or TnG with receptionist. Check in is smooth and friendly. The room is quite spacious and looks clean. However, there is issue of cockroach, once I enter the room and switch on the lights, a few baby cockroaches were running to hide and I stepped on them! Later when I lie on the bed, one small cockroach appear in front of pillow and then quickly hid away, I wasn’t able to smash it. Management should really look into this issue, it would be really dangerous if it gets into our ears or mouth when we are sleeping. Other than this, all others are good.

Check in at night and there’s a power shortage from 12am to 4am. Without any compensation. Terrible experience…

Its my 3rd times stay in this geno hotel. Near to shah alam. My kids enjoy staying with this hotel. Fast check in.have kids pool. We take twin room. Enough for 4 pax. Definitely will come again

Stay many nights, last night double booked. The staff refuse to help cancel the last night booking. Will not book the hotel in future

One thing I don’t like about this hotel is they are charging parking fee for hotel guess which is not reasonable. Other than that, everything seem fine to me
