Sutton Hotels with Breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Located close to Canberra. This trip it was a stopover on our way to Thredbo. Rooms still a bit rundown. Carpets needs steam cleaning, a smell. Beds too soft. Notice bathroom has been updated, a plus! Tennis courts were great. Breakfast was over crowded.
