The hotel's service attitude is very good, patient and enthusiastic, helping us to apply for membership and free breakfast. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room is also spacious and bright, the toiletries are also good, all with a light fragrance, there is a supermarket downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient for dining. During the National Day holiday, the price/performance ratio is very high. Before checking in, I saw that the hotel was renovated in 2018, and I was worried that it would be a bit old. However, after checking in, I found that it was well maintained and the room was very clean. Let’s talk about the advantages first: good service, good network, good environment, very good breakfast, free parking, the Global Harbor Tianhong Shopping Mall next to it is very convenient, and there is RT-Mart not far away, where you can buy daily necessities and a lot of food. Two bottles of Coke and Oreos were given as a gift on the night of check-in, and mineral water and silk scarves were given as a gift when checking out. Praise the front desk number 9, the service is very warm and attentive! There are also some disadvantages: the toiletries in the shower room are not very user-friendly. They are fixed on the wall and require a lot of force to squeeze them out. They are located very high and are not very friendly to people of short height. The hair dryer does not have cold air. The TV Screencasting is not allowed; it is far from the subway station and is not very convenient if you don't drive. I had so much fun that I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but I will choose this hotel next time I go to Suzhou.

I had such a relaxing time at the Pullman Hotel. The service at this hotel is one that is professional and accommodating. The location of the restaurant is great, as there are so many restaurants and malls within the same are. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was a bit small, but nonetheless, it got the job done. My favorite place in the room was the bathroom. The aesthetics of the bathroom was really lovely and it was so clean. I did wish there was more of a variety of Western Style food being offed at breakfast. Overall, this is an exemplary hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

I have stayed here many times. The location is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. The front desk is very friendly and greets people every time they go out. Now that there are robots delivering meals, it is also very convenient. The price/performance ratio is very high

The front desk lady and brother are very considerate and professional. The room is very clean, soundproof, and the service is thoughtful. The transportation is convenient. It is close to the high-speed rail station and next to the big business district. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. I will stay here again next time I go to Suzhou

Day hotel is located at No.4555 Renmin Road, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu. I was attending an event in the area. The hotel was clean and spacious just like the pictures. They serve a Chinese breakfast , not a lot of options. They prepped a bowl of fruits and a hand written note as a “welcome gift”, which was thoughtful. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful one of them spoke English and assisted me with my delivery (there was a mixup with my order , she called and had it corrected ). I enjoyed my room, the bed was so comfortable, I had a bathtub and loved the amount of brightness in the room from natural light. Lastly the price point was good too.

The hotel is a little far away from Jinji Lake, but fortunately we drove in, so it was quite convenient. The environment outside the hotel was relatively messy, but fortunately there were some parking spaces. We booked a family room. The room looked like it was renovated from an original suite, so there were two beds in two rooms, which was very popular with the family. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall experience was good. The breakfast in the morning was average, but the price was reasonable. The overall cost performance is high and it is a good stay experience.

If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.

Traditional type architecture makes you feel like you are living in the past with the comfort of modern amenities. It is close to many gardens and a river walking street with plenty of shops and places to eat. We have stayed at several hotels in the past couple of days and this had been the best hotel experience we have had so far. I would recommend to anyone that stays in Suzhou to stay here. Comfortable location, price, and clean!
