掛羊頭賣狗肉，根本不是照片那樣，第一次那間更差，後來換了一間也不怎麼樣，房間很臟，到處都是灰塵和沒打掃好的食物渣、棉簽等等，反正就是起雞皮疙瘩的各種臟，有兩張床是網格狀的床墊，睡下去非常硌人，超級不舒服，硌人。真的誰住誰後悔。電梯旁的樓梯間很大股臭味，等電梯巨多人，上下等電梯都要等很久，人很雜。雖然客服態度好，但全程自助入住。

衞生：房間乾淨，很温馨
設施：洗髮水、沐浴露、牙具、都有，大廳也有投影哦，可以投屏很方便的。
出行：出蘇州站走路十幾分鍾就到了，旁邊就是地鐵站出去玩很方便 。房東人很好推薦推薦～

房東臨時發來入住地址與攜程地址不同，這就算了，房間和床鋪式樣/尺寸也與預訂户型圖片不同，問題也不大！5人入住，沐浴露，洗手液剩瓶底！沒有洗衣液，沒有飲水杯，垃圾要自己倒！很無語！衞生有圖有真相……！收費比酒店貴，設備卻沒有酒店好。我以為貴的會是好的，體驗感極差，其他不想多説。

還是不錯的，一個家庭來住的話很划算，全程不用對接，直接上樓，絲滑無比，loft公寓住的也很舒服，下次來還要住這裏。各種設備很齊全，洗衣機也有，價格也不貴，父母很滿意。主要是兩室一廳，幾鋪床，一家四五口住都不是問題

從杭州過來，杭州的公寓酒店（悦泊希大悦城店）環境和服務都很好，第二站是蘇州，但住宿影響了對蘇州的第一印象
設施：複式樓，設施和圖片乍一看還是一致的，但就像賣家秀和買家秀的區別，細節處很多就不夠看，顯得陳舊也不是很乾凈的感覺。榻榻米是在一個不很寬敞的空間，和天花的距離很近，等等等等，但因為心情實在不太好，所以忘記拍圖片
衞生：陳舊顯臟
環境：離蘇州火車站很近，確實可能是以前的好地段，外牆看起來也沒覺得怎樣，但一進去就一言難盡，好老的電梯和大堂，電梯要等很久，很多房間大門上貼滿小廣告然後又被撕了一部分……就是很亂的樣子，旁邊過道塞滿垃圾……
第三站去了上海，也還挺好。特意晚些來評價，都是客觀良心評價
