I feel that they are a little over-steamed, and they are left to blow for a while. The surface is dry, and the inside is too soft and rotten. Some of the skins are broken. This can be improved~ The porridge is sticky and delicious, but there are not many choices overall. As a boutique B&B, the food needs to be improved.
