Located walking distance to the Suzhou museum and Humble Admin Garden as well as the metro station with many food options and convenience stores just beside the hotel. Room is comfortable and big with ample walking space even with 2 big luggages open. Front desk is also helpful with carrying our luggages up the stairs (a few steps) to the elevator. There's also free self service laundry n dryer and hot tea/coffee in the pantry.

I stayed for only one day, but I loved here because of the location close to the Suzhou Museum, clean and tidy room, friendly service, and reasonable price. If I come to Suzhou next time, I will stay again.

It is a local decent hotel. WiFi is normal and not fast enough. The lift is at 1 level up, so need to carry the luggage up and down. Walkable of 10 mins to pingjiang road with old shophouses and Suzhou museum and the cuozhengyuan garden. The hot water is either too hot or cold, the hot water is unable to remain consistent. There are family mart and Lawson convenience stall just 3-4 shops away from the hotel.

Great hotel staff, great lobby with free washing facilities. The staff at the reception were super nice, especially a young lady who spoke really nice english, tried to help me with my questions and was really careful to enjoy my staying.
The bathroom and main part of the room was suoer nice. Cant complain, however the cleaning could be more carefully because the curtain was dirty and under the table there were some nuts which was there probably since the previous guests.
Overall I would totally recommend because I am very picky but besides this smaller complain I am totally satisfied!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to many attractions & from the hotel you can walk around the old town. Easy to find something to eat there are many local restaurants around the hotel. I will stay this hotel again for my next visit Suzhou.
ห้องพักดี สะอาด สต๊าฟให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก โรงแรมใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญหลายแห่งแบบสามารถเดินถึงโดยไม่ต้องเรียกรถ รอบโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ และมีร้านอาหารเยอะแบบเลือกกินกันไม่ถูก และกำลังจะมีสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินใกล้ๆ กับที่พักยิ่งเดินทางสะดวกมากขึ้นไปอีก (กำลังสร้าง - 30 May 2024)
