Fabulous! We had a great family stay. Very professional service, helpful staff. Very clean, huge size rooms, amazing views over Suzhou. Office desk, big TV, large shower room. Attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping staff during my stay. Housekeeper 仲桂兰 was professional, friendly, and always made sure my room was spotless. Every day, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order, from fresh towels to neatly arranged items. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made my stay m桂ore comfortable and enjoyable. Great job!

We had a great experience with the Hampton hotel back in the States a while ago. This one didn’t disappoint us at all.
After check in, we were welcomed by a robot, which carried a plate of fresh fruits to our room. We basically just followed it for the direction. Yes, the robot can take the elevator by itself. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. The water pressure was as good as the U.S. counterparts.
The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with the combination of East and West foods. After returning from the breakfast, we were surprised that the housekeeper had done her job even though we didn’t turn on the request light.

Overall a very good experience. Hotel is very close to subway station. We received a free upgrade. There are supermarkets and Japanese and Chinese restaurants nearby too.

Easy to reach . Close to Subway line 2 station. The room is clean and quiet. Girls at reception are very friendly. Enjoyed 3 nights stay at this hotel.

Pro: Spacious room. Sufficient USB ports. Acceptable cleanliness (it could be better). Very good water pressure and temperature for bathing. Washing machines and dryers were provided for free. Short distance walking to Metro station (about 100m). Restaurant was located at 17th floor with very good view.
Con: Breakfast could be better. Some food was not fresh.
