地理住置環境一流，房間大而整潔，雖然衞生間沒備有點老舊，但是很乾渾，衞生間也大，早上看日出晚上眉日落，住得很享受大自然的饋贈。前台員責銷售與客服，和客房服務，很客氣，五一忙的不亦樂乎，辛苦了。

設施：還是比較齊全的
衞生：一般般，也沒有很滿意
環境：外部環境還是不錯的，湖景房朝東，能看日出。但是內部還是有小飛蟲，已經住最高層8層了，坐電梯時碰到住在4樓的一個住客在吵，房間裏都是小飛蟲，也是嚇人。
服務：這一點真的是差評，很差！首先是服務意識一點都沒有，態度很差。中午前已經到了西山島了，原本想能不能提前點辦理入住，11點不到問了酒店，酒店説825房間是退房了，但是沒有打掃，一定要等到兩點，那沒關係，按照規定來，去了旁邊的一尺咖啡等到2點多去了酒店辦理入住，結果前台告知，房間還沒打掃好，等了半天説，給我換了835，那之前在幹嘛，等了三個小時還不打掃好，前台黑着臉説，不是給你換了房了嘛，我都沒有多説話，態度那麼惡劣幹嘛呢？我欠你了？
大概以前是療休養單位，加上現在接旅遊團，所以一點無所謂，沒有服務意識！對於不講究的可以入住！

酒店位置方便，無論從房間到公共區域都很大，還可以打乒乓球和唱歌呢，讓人倍感放鬆愜意～晚上還有篝火晚會和煙花～服務周到細緻，餐食也很好吃，非常棒！

酒店位置獨一無二，太湖景色一覽無餘，值得一遊。前台服務專業有素，彬彬有禮！房間設施齊全乾凈，整潔衞生，面朝太湖，寧靜致遠。湖邊散步，老車思舊，別有情趣！

房間開啟空調後響聲很大，天花板有好幾衹小蟲子在爬，一衹蚊子還一直盯我，總算捱過一晚😂，早餐也是一言難盡，酒店總體感覺各方面較為陳舊而且疏於管理，好的方面是酒店地理位置還挺好早晨散步看看太湖水還是沒有問題的。

攜程旅行你們為什麼給我推送這麼差的酒店，我在你們平台15年有住過這樣破的房嗎？平常日還要460的房價、你們不核實酒店情況就上架嗎？破舊不堪，就連大廳都是破洞腐朽，過道到處發黴發黃、就餐環境直接無法下口，住一晚上蟲叮咬了好幾個紅包塊，攜程旅行你們賺錢毫無底線，強烈要求退款，下架該酒店。

五一遊玩預訂的房間，算價格便宜，果然就是一分價格一分貨。雖然到店後花了150升級了三人間但是房間確實太破了，還臟，毛巾也是感覺用了好多年的，實在是用不了。

酒店看結構，之前應該是五星的標準，房間面積很大。設施的確是有些老舊，但是應該是近幾年也重新裝修過的。雖然硬件比較老舊，但是房間整體收拾的還是很乾凈的。
酒店的位置是真的很不錯，獨佔了一片私家湖域，早上看日出真的是特別不錯的地方。風景真的獨好，就是設施有些損毀了，真的挺可惜的。
酒店還有一些可以拍照打卡的佈景，真的很適合老年團拍照打卡的。距離網紅景點明月灣古村也不遠，傍晚可以考慮慢慢散步到明月灣日落打卡點看日落，是真的很不錯。
