Front staff tried to find visa on my passport for a long time. They should have train staff more that some people do not have visa because now policy is free visa for many countries. I waited around 20 minutes without a chair. Other hotel can do immediately check- in, the longest waiting time was just 5 minutes. Room was spacious and comfortable to stay.

I drove to Tongli Ancient Town on May Day and booked here. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. I parked my car at the hotel and took a taxi to avoid parking in the ancient town. The room is very clean, with all the necessary facilities, and the service attitude is very good and enthusiastic. There are not many breakfast options but they are enough. There are noodle stalls and egg stalls, fried noodles and fried rice, porridge and side dishes, and Western bread. Before leaving, I also gave the children a small gift with a few bags of snacks, which is quite thoughtful. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that after checking out, the hotel called me again and asked me to add WeChat and become a member, which is normal. Then they asked if I was satisfied in all aspects. If I was satisfied, I would give a five-star praise. I also asked me to take a screenshot and send it to them. This is outrageous. It feels like forced praise... I could have given a full five points, but forced praise makes people very uncomfortable, so I deducted half a point
