Service is excellent. Nice staff with good manners. Will recommend to stay. Not quite a bad place and is near to Shantang street. Good pickup service from Suzhou Train Station. On top of that there is free laundry. Tried out the HanFu (traditional costume) which is complementary.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Both accommodated us in a friendly manner and kindly arranged our rooms to our liking, patiently answered questions, and even went as far as to recommend places to eat after overhearing our discussion on lunch. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service. Hotel stay experience is exceptional wonderful. Location- just next to the metro station. Very convenient. Below hotel there is a convenient store too. Room- clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff service- super warm and friendly. Always willing to help and greet us: Breakfast- food is quite nice. The noodles station wanton noodles is yummy. We stayed only 2 nights. Its really a nice hotel. Will love to be back again next time.

Hotel staffs are so experience, helpful and friendly. Good location, closed to metro station (about 100m). Really highly recommend to this hotel. I will book this hotel again if I will be back here.

Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. Perfect location! Right on Pingjiang road opposite The staff also really care about you 🥹 And you can get free coffee during breakfast too The room size is great. Enougj for two person and really clean tho! 😍 Definitely will stay here again on our next trip in suzhou

Super friendly and helpful staff and boss who provided recommendations for food and attractions. Hotel rooms are pretty and clean too. There are washing machine and dryers available for use without additional charges as well. Overall, a great stay and would certainly come back again.

The hotel is located in a creative park transformed from an old town, right next to the Beisi Pagoda. It is very convenient to call a taxi and is a 20-minute walk from Suzhou Station. The price is a bit expensive on weekends. The room is large and antique. I like the layout of the lobby the most. It is very grand.

Excellent location, about 20min walk to Pingjiang Street and Humble Administrator's Garden, perfect for attending the night tour at the garden (6pm onwards, approx an hour). Also directly opposite a street full of eateries. Front desk were helpful and friendly, and able to help with booking of day tours for solo travellers. Also patiently answered all my questions about the wheres and whats during my arrival, making my trip in Suzhou so much better. Room was comfortable and clean with ample hot water for showering. Spacious for one, but might be a little cramped for two.

I have stayed at Youngor Fugong Hotel many times. This time I traveled with friends and chose this hotel again. It was still a great experience as before. The location of the hotel is great. It is located in the central area of ​​Suzhou Ancient City, which is convenient for going anywhere. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room is cleaned promptly every day. The king-size bed room I stayed in this time faced a street, but the hotel window was very soundproof and very quiet.
