Facilities: There were only two air coolers and two electric fans. If you're sensitive to heat, it might feel a bit warm in the summer. My friend found it just right, but I thought it was a little warm before falling asleep at night. However, it's designed to be a traditional Japanese folk house, so there are fewer appliances. There's a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a TV, but no washing machine or refrigerator. They provided a bucket of ice water in the room, which was a nice touch.
Cleanliness: Super, super, super clean. The tatami mats were even covered with disposable sheets. Although there's a lot of vegetation outside, there were no mosquitoes inside. They had mugwort incense and electric mosquito repellents, but no strange smells in the room.
Environment: The biggest and most anticipated highlight was the hot spring. There are indeed outdoor and indoor private hot springs, but I absolutely dared not go out at night. Because it was dark outside and bright inside, it attracted many moths. On the first night, moths kept banging against the window, so the door to the outdoor private hot spring remained closed. The bathroom private hot spring also had flowing water, but there were small flying insects when showering at night. Plus, there was no elevated spot to hang the showerhead.
Service: The housekeeper grandma provided excellent service. She showed us around and introduced the entire room. There's also a free breakfast service, and they'll ask if you need it upon check-in. Finally, they charged a tax upon check-out.

This is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

The room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

Very amazing, breakfast is simply too rich! There are almost no people in the hotel soup pool. It is a child who stays in this house and will ask for an extra charge, so if you bring a child, you must communicate with the hotel in advance. In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all-Japanese style, a deep night! Ctrip.com is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales 👍!

This is the hot spring hotel I was most satisfied with during my trip to Izu. There is a 24-hour convenience store right at the door. The hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. I called the hotel as soon as I arrived at Atagawa Station. I saw the staff holding a sign when I got out of the station. It takes about 5 minutes to drive to the hotel. In fact, the hotel is just a little above the station, but it is still very troublesome to walk and you have to take a detour. The front desk was very welcoming, and there was a Japanese aunt who introduced the hotel's hot springs and restaurants along the way and sent us to the room. She also helped to introduce the room facilities, which gave people a very friendly feeling. During the meal, there was a young man with a ********* accent who served us, served the dishes and introduced them in detail. The meal included Atagawa's local specialties and golden eye seabream. Although the taste was a bit light and sweet, it was okay to try. After dinner, I went to experience the hot springs. There are several indoor and outdoor pools. The next morning, breakfast was very delicious, and I felt it was better than dinner. 😋 After checking out, I was sent to the station and caught the sea-viewing train Golden Eye Seabream.

Everything is good as expected. The only downside is if you have heavy languages, you have to carry them through the stairs. Not a dealbreaker

张The best accommodation experience for this trip to the east and west coasts of central Japan. Japanese-style rooms, tatami mats, large space, quiet, nice views from the window, a rich breakfast buffet, two kinds of raw fish taste good, hot springs are refreshing, and free noodle soup at night. Free pick-up and drop-off at the station.

My parents were very satisfied with their stay. They enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor hot springs, and we also had beer and Udon. The breakfast spread included plenty of vegetables too. Apart from the bad weather on the day we visited, everything else was fantastic. Absolutely great value for money!

Originally lived very good, but the next day I found that a lot of blood stains on the mattress were washed but they were obvious in pieces. The quilt was not covered with a quilt. It was separated by a layer of cloth. The quilt was very deep and coffee color and there were large stains, but I couldn’t see whether it was blood or something else. Anyway, it was disgusting after seeing it. The mattress should be thrown away, and the quilt cover should be washed with such a big stain and so disgusting that the staff can't see it? I don't know what Japanese residents think after seeing it, I believe they are more angry. After all, Japan is famous for being clean.
The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and there are buses outside the door. It is inconvenient to have no restaurant or convenience store.

After cleaning the bath, if you are an hour late, you will put it after breakfast, so I would like you to do so.
