"The staff were patient and meticulous, and they even offered service in Chinese, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious and bright, giving a wonderful sense of openness and making for a very comfortable stay. Considering the price, the value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal, which might be a bit inconvenient for guests who rely heavily on the internet. However, this is a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall quality, and I still highly recommend it."

No. 8 of Scenic Hotels in Izu Peninsula
All rooms feature natural hot spring open-air baths, assisting you in enjoying the luxury of doing nothing. A hotel in Izu Okawa, offering exquisite guest room open-air baths and scenic views. The hot water in the room's open-air bath is filled to the brim, with steam rising abundantly. All baths in the facility use 73.3-degree natural hot spring water drawn from the on-site well, with each room uniquely featuring bathtubs made of cypress or Izu stone. Meals include carefully selected ingredients such as seafood from Izu, chicken from Fujinomiya, and rice from Niigata. Immerse yourself in the hot spring and enjoy moments of delight with flavorful cuisine.

"This stay offered the quintessential, meticulous Japanese service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively helped with our luggage. We also enjoyed exquisite welcome desserts and matcha while checking in. The room had a fantastic open view, with a blend of lush greenery and ocean vistas. We even got to witness a sliver of sunrise in the morning (though it was cloudy on the day of our stay, so we only saw a peek). The ryokan provides an 'in-room dining' (heyashoku) service, where staff thoughtfully arrange and deliver incredibly elaborate breakfast and dinner spreads right to your room – a true feast for the senses. Of course, the most perfect experience of this trip was undoubtedly the private open-air onsen attached to our room. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the unbeatable ocean view was pure bliss! Although the ryokan also has two public open-air baths, the scenery there was comparatively unremarkable, and there were quite a few insects around dusk, so we only stayed for a short dip. Overall, the private in-room onsen experience was impeccable."

"The room we stayed in was very big, a Western-style room with two mattresses and a massage chair. The hotel's open-air hot spring bath has a great view, facing the sea. The breakfast and dinner were very rich, and the staff also thoughtfully gave each of us a lunch box when we went out in the morning. I felt that the value of the room fee was reflected in the meals. The hotel will have a free shuttle bus at Izu Atagawa Station before 4 pm every day, every hour and 30 minutes, and every half hour, so you can easily get to the hotel if you calculate the time."

"The hot springs in this hotel are so good! ! The six outdoor private baths are all facing the sea, with beautiful scenery, smooth water and fresh air! And there are always empty baths during your stay, so you can go and soak whenever you want. The service is also very good, from the lobby to the restaurant to the room service, every waiter I met is very warm and polite. The response is also very fast. If you have any requests, call the front desk and the waiter will come to the door within a minute. Although the overall decoration is old but not dilapidated, it is filled with the fragrance of tea. The details are very rich, and you can see the accumulation of years. The food is also good, and the illustrated menu is particularly cute, so I took it home and framed it. Every time I see it, I will think of the clear blue sea and sky in Izu. The only drawback is that I booked a private bath room, and the bathtub and shower are on the open-air balcony. Although you can soak while watching the sea, various flying insects have appeared since the second night. I dried a tank of water and was about to soak, but I found that there were insects on the balcony... I didn’t dare to go in the house. So next time I go there, I'll just book a regular room and go to the public or private hot springs."

"The room facilities are very old and old, but they do not affect normal use. For self-driving, the hotel is in a good location, with parking spaces by the sea; not far from the tram station, but the station is halfway up the mountain, the hotel is on the beach at the foot of the mountain, and the slope of the road is very scary. The view from the window of the room is wide, just by the sea. There are many foreign employees in Southeast Asia, plus Japanese grandmothers, grandfathers, and unexpected enthusiasm. On the day of check-in, due to the traffic jam after 21:00, the hotel arranged for the grandfather to wait for us to give the key. Dinner should be eaten before 18:30. I originally told the hotel that I would not eat it, but I have been sending people to wait for us to check in and insist on eating for us. Service like. The public hot springs, the reason for being too old, look dirty. There is also a hot spring pool in the room, the same reason for being too old looks dirty, and finally used the shower. The room rate has two meals for breakfast and dinner, and everything is good, but the cooking level is average, not very tasty, a little waste of raw materials, family cooking level."
