"Given the area of Waco this is in, I was expecting much. But the room was really nice and clean. Floors could use some work but it was nice, cleaned, smelled good and the staff was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

I was at teh Evan Hotel during the WACO WORDFEST in 2024-and found their staff positive,professional and pro-active.
The facilities were modern and clean.I especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee and water in the Lobby.
I would heartily recommend the Evan Hotel to those staying in Waco

The hotel was very nice in terms of location and amenities. The management still has room for improvement; it took a long time for someone to show up at check-in, and there was little follow-up at breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9:30, and the blinds are lowered at exactly 9:30, regardless of whether anyone is still having breakfast or not!

卓大叔20 minutes drive from Waco Regional Airport, although the facilities are slightly old and clean, the rooms are very spacious, with a wash area, living area and bedroom area. The breakfast is too simple, there is nothing to eat, and the top of the banana is eaten.

jzhaozsWaco was not a big place. The location of this hotel is quite good. It is convenient to drive and park. The hotel room is very large, very comfortable, and the front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is a standard American breakfast, not bad.

Everything including the breakfast was great, except for the pool. It was inside, small, smelled like chlorine so badly that the moment we walked in it burned our eyes. We couldn’t even stand to get in the water. No ventilation whatsoever! My suggestion would be to make an out for ventilation!
