I had such a good stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were particularly excellent - every person was incredibly kind and friendly. Binay was really lovely and helpful and Jandro, the manager was wonderful and always had an incredibly welcoming smile. I wasn’t expecting such a good experience considering how cheap it was, right in the heart of the city, but the hotel ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel provides excellent service, with every detail carefully considered, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Furthermore, the service is absolutely top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and professional. The hotel environment is also very clean, giving me a sense of peace and reassurance. Highly recommended！！！

Been staying here for years on business trips. Front reception staff are always the highlight, very professional, friendly and willing to help. I like the option for a late check out and the offer to stow bags in the storage until it’s time to leave. Character and old world charm and history of the building and its place among the area has been preserved. By far the best value for money considering it is competing with other glamorous accommodation in the heart of the city. Walking out the door and getting on the light rail is a big plus, easy trip to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and to the footy in the other direction towards SFS and Fox studios.

Our stay here was for 3 nights. We booked the King suite room. It was huge! We could have had a dance party in this room. It was quiet, the AC worked well, it had a balcony, and a kitchenette fully stocked. The best part was the amazing breakfast buffet. I have never seen the amount of choices at a breakfast buffet as I did here. The fresh cut fruits were fantastic,including passion fruit and kiwi. It varied by the day. Real Scrambled eggs that were seasoned just right and you could add fresh sautéed mushrooms and spinach to it, baked beans, sausages, bacon, hash browns, cereals, a large assortment of pastries and mini muffins, yogurt. I complimented the chef when he came out to restock the food. The day manager, Amey, was super helpful with tips for things to see and do and getting around the city. We had a conversation with him daily and he was so easy to talk to and a real asset to this hotel. Stay here and you won’t regret it!

I am very thankful to Mr Shakeeb for his outstanding character of Compassionate and kindness that became extremely helpful to foreigners like me. Once again, Mr Shakeeb, keep up the good 👍 work - your natural attributes of compassion and kindness are a big help for foreign travellers like me. Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary due to location and we believed for the price it was costing it would be ok. The reception staff were lovely. When we arrived we were excited to be there to unpack and hot the local area. We were given a room on level 2 with views out our window of the green edge/underneath of the freeway outside. We closed the block out blind and left it closed the whole weekend. We are afl lovers and wanted 7 mate on the tv to catch up on the game to find out it doesn't work. Tried to hdmi our laptop, they disable the source button. Room is very small bit great and had all facilities for just sleeping. We requested firmer pillows but they didn't arrive with pillow cases and when requested covers never arrived. Fabulously located to King St wharf, wynyard station and the city itself. Lovely walking from barrangaroo to the Rocks for markets, dining or to just watch the boats go by. Wild Sage cafe close by had great coffee. Overall I'd prob find another hotel close by for our stay. PS Globe sports bar around the corner was awesome for a bite and live sport

I was pleased with everything else when I stayed here, but I would like to say two improvements. The doors of the lobby didn't close properly, so a homeless man followed me into the hotel. But the staff was just irresponsible saying that that door sometimes doesn't close. And one more. Your hotel didn't do housekeeping after i extended. The day(23th) I extended my stay was the day I received housekeeping. But he said there was no housekeeping on extended days. Instead, he said he would do it tomorrow(24th). But he didn't. So I went to the reception on the 24th. The staff wearing hijabs told me that they would do it tomorrow(25th). But there was no housekeeping on the 25th. On the 25th, i visited the reception again and asked her to housekeep, but she said. ”You're checking out tomorrow. So i'm not asking for your housekeeping.” Is it right? She gave me a **** even though she knew I'd stayed here a long time. I'm upset that I went through this unpleasant thing at the end. I hope it will be improved so that things like me don't happen.

That's our second time stayed in this Hotel, after the south Pacific cruise from LA , Honolulu, Tahiti, New Zealand then Sydney. The room is big and space, this time we got the higher floor and corner unit, overlook the tree top and garden. The check in and check out services are good as usual. We love the location, very central, walking distance to Darling Harbor or China Town and the market too. We have a late afternoon flight to KL and Penang, after checked out they kept our large luggage for half day, so we can walk around and have lunch, thanks for the kindness. In general we have a very good stay, we'll be back next time.

Clean hostel with friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with large lockers for each occupant and personal plugs and bed side lights in a great position. Showers/toilets on each floor and I never had to wait to use them. Downside is that you can hear the music from their basement club even on the 6th floor until late into the night. Didn’t bother me as I was only there a few nights and I managed to get enough sleep. Kitchen is WAY too small for amount of guests in the hostel. The social events put on by the hostel were a good way to meet people as a solo female traveller.

I've never stepped foot in a room for more than $800 with dark curtains surrounding the room, compared to other hotels with cool sunlight and air conditioning. I didn't get breakfast because the waiter refused when I was travelling with the hotel slippers and because my feet hurt not wearing my clogs. Bad and won't be came back!
