The location of the business travel is close to Fengjia Night Market, and there are Taiwanese snacks at the intersection before the business travel is convenient for the night. The bed is great and the pillows are good. It’s right opposite the Hexin transfer station. The transportation is convenient. There are drinks and snacks included. There is also a water dispenser on the first floor. The breakfast is simple but definitely filling.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

Greta place. Spacious and confortable. Quite The reception looks like a movie set, really cool! The staff are very helpful. The female dorm was clean everyday, very quite, very spacious, dark curtains, comfy mattress and pillow and very spacious inside the cube. The toilet had all you need it, always clean, with blow dryers and great light. I really enjoyed this place that even better was next to the train station and vietnamise Street full of food stalls, easy to eat

Repeat stay at this hotel, with reliable reputation, excellent location close to TaiChung train station, clean rooms and outstanding team of staff here :) One of my friends was quietly celebrating birthday during stay, but the team noticed the birthdate on passport during check-in and surprised the group with a cake and a personalised greeting card. This was attentive and expectational for the hotel team, in addition to the continued good reputation of City Inn Hotel (Taichung Station). Thank you and all the best!

The room is of good size for two, was clean and equipped with modern furnishing and toilet fittings. Good 32-inch TV with Hollywood and Chinese movies in addition to local ********* channels. The room rates included chinese breakfast. I think the spread is quite wide and taste good. Only con is that it is rather far from shopping areas, Fengjia night market or the train or bus stations. There is local bus service 30 and 89 outside the hotel which comes twice an hour. Service 11 loop around Taichung city that comes once and hour. But due to local traffic conditions, the arrival time stated on Google or local bus app are not accurate.

It's a nice experience. Because there are amusement facilities, shopping malls, and restaurants next to the hotel. It’s quite convenient to rent a car from Taichung or Taipei and take the expressway all the way. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff is professional and fast. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still OK.

The hotel is only 3-5 minutes' drive from Mitsui outlet. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a very comfortable smell. The facilities for children are also very good! The service provided by the lady at the counter was also very kind. Early the next morning, my aunt came to make trouble. I immediately called the counter and asked if sanitary napkins were provided. The lady immediately said yes. She gave me more than what I originally asked for, which was really considerate. ~ He also said that he would ask someone to bring a room to him, and he would definitely stay there next time! !
