Hotel Review: Convenient Stay Near Di Hua Street, Taipei This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility near Di Hua Street. Located within walking distance (about 350–400m) to the MRT station, it provides easy access to other parts of Taipei. The Carrefour supermarket right across the street is a great plus for groceries and essentials, and there are multiple 7-Eleven and FamilyMart stores nearby. The room we booked was spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Food options are plentiful, with many eateries in the vicinity and a night market just a short walk away. The hotel is also within walking distance of Da Dao Cheng and Di Hua Street, making it a great base for exploring the area’s rich history and vibrant local culture. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited variety and became a bit repetitive over our five-night stay. Overall, a convenient and well-located choice for travelers who want to experience the charm of old Taipei while enjoying modern comforts.

I booked a room for 4.  Nothing much to complain about, the room is spacious and clean. Good for family travelling that you wished to stay together int he same room. The only thing is it's not near to any public transport. It takes around 10-15mins of walking from the nearest station. 

I had a pleasant stay at City Suites Hotel, with its convenient location near Beimen Station! The only downside was the bathtub in the shower area, which was a bit tricky to climb in and out of and felt quite slippery. However, the staff was excellent—they were very willing to help when I requested a room change, and their service was great ✨✨✨

Very good location but hotel is a bit old and dated. Hotel is welcoming to all guests, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. However, it appears that the service for suite guests may not feel significantly elevated compared to other accommodations, despite the exclusive nature of the suites. The breakfast offering, while diverse, falls short of expectations when compared to the standards typically seen at other five-star properties.

Perfect place to stay if you’re a solo traveller - room is small if you’re staying with someone else. Hotel is close to Taipei Main Station which has direct MRT line to the airport. Town check-in is available for the ********* airlines so it’s convenient to drop your heavy luggage there and take the train over to the airport.

I love the old world charm of this hotel. The furnishings are nice and of good quality though a bit aged. Best of all, they have a jacuzzi in the bathroom! The location is excellent, near to Taipei main station, which serves the red, blue, green and purple mrt lines. Takes you easily to most attractions.

I recently enjoyed a stay at The Santos Hotel, which, despite its age, offers comfortable accommodations. Located in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to attractions, restaurants and transport. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff. While it may lack modern design, the hotel's comfort and convenience make it a good affordable choice for anyone visiting Tapei.

Really convenient location close to the main station and Beimen MRT. The hostel provides breakfast vouchers. The laundry facilities are more expensive (120 NT for wash and dry) than other places I’ve stayed at but the machine is very quick and efficient.

Overall, I was very satisfied! Ningxia Night Market and massage shops are within walking distance, and there are also marts and convenience stores right below, which was nice. The room wasn't that big, but the two of us were able to stay comfortably for 5 nights and 6 days, and water, drinks, and snacks were all provided for free! The facilities and beds were all very comfortable, and except for the fact that the pillows were too high, it was perfect. Communication with the front desk was done through a line, not a phone call, so it would be a good idea to set up a line in advance!

Normal, the only issue i had twice - when guest in next room using shower, wet air comes to my room via ventilation, even bathroom door become fogged with condensation. HlAh, one more, hope they will be able to fix elevator smell at some day.. little bonus is microwave and water dispencer at lobby area. The window is small but you can open it a little
