Sheraton Taiyuan

Location is great as well as the hotel’s aesthetics. Though there is no English speaking service even at the restaurant and communication was tough even if the personnel was kind and trying to help out. For an hotel chain I’d expect a sufficient level of english.

everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel with a great location. Right on the subway station, close to the airport, high speed train station. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very professional and helpful. Especially the front desk, and room service. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

The hotel facilities are very new, the service attitude is very good, the environment is very sanitary and clean, it is worth recommending
