However, the follow-up communication was not to compensate us for our consumption, but to falsely say that we could contact them next time we come to Taiyuan to stay at the Sheraton. Later, I made a complaint through Taiyuan 12345. First, the marketing person in charge of the Xiaodian District called to understand the situation, and then finally received a call from the manager of the Sheraton Western Restaurant. The other party said that the refund would be received in 2-5 working days, and now it has been It's been a week and I still haven't received my refund. (12345 have already made return visits, and I would like to thank the Taiyuan Municipal Government) In fact, as a new hotel, Taiyuan Sheraton is remarkable in many aspects, but communication in this hotel is really difficult. Add this and that wx, but none of them can solve the problem. With this Tai Chi service, who would dare to come here a second time?
