Vienna International Hotel (Taiyuan South High-speed Railway Station)

Excellent! The environment is elegant, and the service is warm and friendly. It's conveniently located, making it the top choice when visiting Shanxi. My family felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's a lively area, very suitable for living. Really good!

Very close to Taiyuan South Station, making travel convenient. The room was clean and tidy, a deluxe twin suitable for a family of three with a child. We were very happy. Breakfast was excellent with fries that the kids loved. We had a party of 8 and even got a room upgrade.

The towels in the room were dirty, and the floor wasn't clean. The path to the laundry room in the basement was completely dark, with no lights. It was a terrible check-in experience. Plus, the hairdryer was just left out haphazardly.

The hotel is super close to the South Railway Station. It's a 7-minute walk from the 1st-floor lobby to the station entrance where you scan your ID. A ride-sharing car from the airport to the hotel cost 11 RMB and took 15 minutes. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was decent and had everything you'd expect; the *dalumian* (noodle dish) was particularly good. If you take the subway to the South Railway Station, you'll arrive at the East Square. Walking from there to the hotel in the West Square takes 18 minutes, which I don't recommend!

As for cleanliness, the room was spotless. The bedding and towels were very clean, and even the corners of the bathroom had no stains or odors. I felt completely at ease staying there. The quietness was also a pleasant surprise. I expected some noise given its proximity to a transportation hub, but the room was very well soundproofed. I slept soundly every night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. Breakfast was a major highlight. The variety was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. Hot dishes, cold cuts, fruits, bread, coffee, juice... every day I could enjoy a full and nutritious meal, starting the day feeling energized. What I want to praise most is the customer service. From the front desk reception to housekeeping, every staff member was smiling, patient, and meticulous. I had only booked for two days, but because I was so comfortable, I decided to extend my stay by an extra day. The front desk staff promptly helped me with the extension without any fuss or trouble. The whole process was smooth and heartwarming. In summary, the Vienna South Station branch excelled in all aspects: location, price, cleanliness, quietness, breakfast, and service. It turned my 'just booked for two days' into 'proactively extended by one day.' I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, high-value accommodation.

Extremely close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance. There's a large shopping mall nearby, making dining very convenient. Parking is also a breeze. I accidentally left a pair of glasses in the room, and when I checked back in nine days later, the front desk had actually kept them safe for me. This deserves a huge commendation! However, it's a bit odd because the hotel customer service I contacted through Ctrip (Trip.com) had told me they couldn't find them. I'm not sure what the discrepancy is there. The only downside is that the hotel has quite a few floors, but only one of the two elevators was working. Waiting for the elevator to go up and down was quite inconvenient.

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel facilities were very new, and the room itself was spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a great view outside. The service attitude was also good. My parents were very pleased.
