I travelled to Shanxi and Shaanxi in late October early November last year and this was my favourite of the hotels where I stayed. Literally steps to the high speed rail, I stayed there the night before my day outing to Pingyao. The room was spacious, clean and comfy and they even provided a bowl of snacks which was a really nice touch. Best of all are the staff, honestly the best ever, every one of them, their kindness and warm smiles cheering me up from the moment I checked in to when I left.

The room is really good value for money. It is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The bed is soft and comfortable. The hotel service is attentive and meticulous. It is warm and cozy. At this price, I am really surprised to stay in such a hotel. It has dry and wet separation and intelligent control. It was very warm in the room, and the communication with the front desk was very smooth. It was very considerate and nice. You can give it a try.

everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable.

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

The hotel we stayed at this time exceeded our expectations! The location is good, it only takes ten minutes to walk to South Station. The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The toiletries are not from unknown brands, but there are also disposable towels, but they lack disposable slippers. The service is also great, the staff are warm and considerate. All in all, I am very satisfied with it and the price/performance ratio is good. Disadvantages: There is a green belt between the hotel front desk and the main road. It is always easy to miss the small opening when taking a taxi and you need to walk for a while. The soundproofing is average, and the upstairs is still being renovated during the day. You can clearly hear the sounds from other rooms or corridors at night, which affects your rest.
