I booked two rooms on Ctrip, and the front desk told me to download the Huazhu App to upgrade the room type. I don’t know exactly what the difference was when I booked it, and I couldn’t verify it. When I checked in, the front desk was focused on promoting apps and hotel mini-programs, without introducing the hotel's information in detail, so I asked myself if the drinks in the minibar were free. My room is close to the High Price Bridge and the windows are not well insulated. It was noisy for two nights and the air conditioner in the room was very weird. It was very hot whether it was turned on or not. It also smelled like decoration and my throat hurt!
