Hotel Ryu Resort and Spa Reviews

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room was comfortable. Although the breakfast set is good, the croissant is delicious 😋 The dinners were good for both nights, but the hot springs were a bit small. I couldn't see the surrounding environment because it snowed heavily during the two days I stayed there. There is only a thick layer of snow around.

I stayed here with my tour group. The room was average, the bathroom tiny, floorboards were cold and had to crank up the heating but we had a couple of breakfasts and a dinner where we dressed up in national costume and it was fun. There is also a nice area where you can make coffee and sit on the ground floor near reception. What made this stay pleasant was the lovely staff. The waiters in the restaurant were lovely and the manager of the hotel was outstanding. He even came onto our bus to say goodbye and thanks the next morning. I enjoyed my time here.

On November 3rd, 6 people from 3 generations took care of us. The gradation of the trees was very beautiful and the open-air bath was the best. The food was one after another, high quality and beautiful, yet all delicious.The person who brought the meals was kind and courteous and even treated my elderly father, making it a very enjoyable dinner. I was able to fulfill my filial piety. thank you very much. While I was having a drink on the terrace, I could see deer and really felt the nature. Of course, there was no convenience store or anything, but there was a Nescafe machine in the lounge that I could use anytime, and I was very satisfied with the complimentary alcohol. Thank you for your help again.
