The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. However, the staff we were welcomed with was particularly unkind and disrespectful. We arrived on a rainy day, with 5 luggages and when we asked for help from the reception they said this wasn’t their problem and refused to send any help. After rushing inside my daughter went to start the check in. We were received by “Mohamed” who told her we couldn’t check in until much later and told us we should wait approximately 3 hours which was a problem as we had a flight to catch later in the evening. My daughter asked if there could be an exception and not only did Mohamed loudly tell her no, he also laughed at her english speaking skills. This upset my daughter and made her cry. We travel very frequently and this was absurd, we are afraid he may be ****** towards customers. It’s truly upsetting as my daughter was very respectful towards him.
However, not all staff members were rude, as Angelika served us at the hotel restaurant with kindness and respect. She put a lot of effort to make us enjoy our stay and we truly suggest you consider her as manager of reception to receive guests, as she would surely do a better job than the staff currently working at your reception.
