I wouldn't recommend this hotel. First off, the triple room photos online were misleading and didn't match the actual room, which put us in an unsuitable space. Secondly, the hotel's service attitude was very average; we could never get through to the front desk when calling. While the room initially seemed okay, we discovered later that the cleanliness was poor, with colored stains on the towels. The only upside is its location, being the closest hotel to the airport. Unless you absolutely need to stay near the airport, I'd advise against it.

Spotless room and amazing staff – Perfect location Just stayed at the Radisson Stansted and it was incredible! The staff was attentive and welcoming, especially at check-in. The hotel location and accomodation excellent but the food and drink prices are high and I fail to see how they can justify them. I think the hotel feel they have a captive market and so they can just crank up the price.

We love staying at this hotel when we travel. Friendly staff, great service, properly grand atrium which makes it feel special and an obviously perfect location for the airport. Highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Stansted Airport. The room, while not particularly spacious for a family, was clean and well maintained. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. However, breakfast and restaurant options for vegans or vegetarians (without egg) were rather limited. One concern arose in the restaurant; a member of staff declined my son’s request to sit at a particular table, stating it was for five guests, though we were three. I explained that we would leave early if seated there, but the request was still refused. We accepted another table, yet later two guests were offered the same table, with the explanation that more people would join them. In fact, no additional guests arrived, and my son was disappointed that he had not been allowed to sit there. The restaurant was not particularly busy that day, which made the situation feel unnecessary.

The Radisson Blu hotel is the perfect solution if you arrive late at the airport. It's a 2-minute walk from the terminal. It's a shame we only stayed for one night. Very nice.
