設施老舊，沒啥風景可言，户外的桌椅都很臟，因為要打牌，老闆是當面擦的桌子，弔籃裏鋪的褥子一層灰……因為一直是喝純凈水的，但老闆捨不得多給幾瓶礦泉水，很不情願的樣子，下次不敢再來

民宿位置還是比較好找的，有停車位。離湯山一號行車不遠。共有七間房。房間設施用品老舊風。房間泡池很大。希望衞生再提上一些。服務很親切，早餐他們自己燒的，有饅頭粥，醬菜燒賣包子之類的，提出會做麪條。

定的101親子房，房間比較乾淨，裏面有獨立衞生間，還是智能馬桶，洗澡和泡湯在進房間的外面小房間，比較寬敞，水温也合適，床是1.8米大床和1.2米單人床，睡的比較舒服，早餐是經典的中式餐，現熬的白粥和包子，燒麥加水煮蛋，吃的也很滿意，總之在那片民宿區是性價比較高的一個去處，如果不是那麼在乎環境和小資格調的，是絕對值得嘗試的一家👍

湯池很大，很舒服，房間裏還貼心的準備了電暖器，方便烘烤泳衣，小朋友玩的很愉快，一個小小的不足，沒有潤膚露，泡完湯後皮膚有點乾燥，下次要記得帶潤膚露

一直對花築的品牌比較信任，這次在湯山泡温泉還是選擇了花築，23年裝修的，房間裏的設備布草都很新，洗浴還給了護髮素和身體乳
温泉池很大，雖然沒看到温泉來自幾號泉的一些證書啥的，但是看出水和温度還有聞着的味道應該是真温泉，性價比挺高的，體驗不錯！
有一個泳池阿姨説67月才會啟用
就是如果晚上地鐵過來，去民宿的路上沒啥路燈很黑，白天那條道路邊又櫻花有健步道還挺舒服的
