It is a small lodge with around 15 rooms and in close proximity to the beach beside the beach. The room is self-check in and out without hassle. Good getaway for weekends. Stand up paddle session also at the lodge every Saturday and Sunday

Self check in. Instructions and key box code were sent by email. No issues.
Room was basic but clean. Stairs to loft bed have no railing so your balance has to be okay.
What I liked: it’s very near the beach (but be careful going down the steep steps with a rusting and questionable guardrail). And it’s also a minute’s walk from the nearby food place with many affordable options for dinner. Not far from the bus stop. Penang’s bus services are not bad.
What I didn’t like: the positions of the room lighting are poor, including the bathroom where the opaque shower curtain blocks the bathroom light, and the loft where the bare bulb is right above your head and glows even when off. I unscrewed the bulb in order to stop that. Also, not many breakfast options nearby.
Music from a nearby nightspot could be heard along with some firecracker type noises some nights, but these died down by about 10pm so not a problem for me.
In all, I would rate this place a solid 4/5 and I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Location is easy access. Room is spacious. Just 30 second walking to beach..check in is very convenience but need to contact owner before arrival for check in process.
We had very pleasant stay ☺️

The room is clean and good. Bit bath room a bit too small and the floor always wet. Otherwise the rest are OK.

The best motel that I ever stay, clean room, quit place near beach side, fast response by owner even I just massage them at 10 a lock them can respond in 3minits, provide parking place and have food court near by just 200 meter away the place, while if you wanted have some drink at night just next to the motel
