The car park was full and not able to get car park during peak season like school holidays and festival season. Wifi down during checking. Hope the hotel management can improve the services.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hompton Hotel by the Beach for our holiday, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This beachfront gem proved to be the perfect sanctuary for a family getaway, especially with a little one in tow. The rooms at Hompton are nothing short of impressive. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, our family suite provided a comfortable haven with a stunning view of the beach.

my POV , the room i stay was so great with seaview, and facilities in the hotel was good. the view is so nice, the pool and others in the room was good. but there are several comment need to take note for all, 1. no air condition in the lift 2. If you take booking room included breakfast, please take note that, they will take so much time to topup the buffet food. during my stay, it looks like only have 3 workers , 1 in kitchen, 1 collect the plate and cup, 1 at the counter check in breakfast.

We arrived at 4pm and got ourselves checked in hotel at 5pm due to long queue and only one check-in counter open eventually got 3 counters there. Surprised with no plastic policy replacing toothbrushes by using bamboo. Room is clean and quiet. Too bad for the weather change to storm in the evening just before sunset. Overall stay is pleasant.

The place is new and all the amenities provided is just like an Airbnb, with a full fledged kitchen including cutlery, plates, pots and pans available. The stay is comfortable, and the view is spectacular, needless to say, since it is facing batu feringghi beach. WiFi provided, with pool and gym for a convenient stay. Mynews outlet downstairs is open from 7am-2am and has Maru coffee for quick fix. For the price point, a very good location to stay with extended families. Downside, some small wear and tear noticed (water stopper not working), and lifts may take awhile since there are 37 floors with 3 lifts including the service lift. All good now, but will need good maintenance to maintain its excellent reputation now later on. All in all, excellent choice to stay. Very worth the price.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean, and the views were breathtaking. The location of the resort is convenient, near the main road and the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Spacious living and dining area . But maintenance and tidiness of the resort needs to improve. The aircond at the twin bedroom is leaking water when in use. Looking at the ceiling mark, it appears that the water leak has not been properly fixed. Also, there is no soap tray in the bathroom. Potted plants are not taken care properly. Rubbish are dumped in front of the hotel. The surrounding area is quite untidy. We don't see any supervising manager around. The management office is closed most of the time. Looks like only the front desk and some maintenance staff are operating the resort.

WE BOOKED 3 DAYS STAY AT THIS BALINESE THEME RESORT. THE RESORT IS NICE BUT IT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED WELL SINCE THE FURNITURE AND BUILDING ARE DETERIORATING. MOST OF THE STAFFS ARE NON LOCAL. WHAT ANNOYED ME THE MOST IS THAT WE WENT TO BIRU BIRU (A CAFE IN THE RESORT BUT OPENS TO PUBLIC) FOR DINNER AND EVERY TIME WE WALKED FROM OR TO OUR ROOM, WE WERE FREQUENTLY TOLD BY THE NON MALAYSIAN WORKERS NOT TO WANDER FAR THINKING THAT WE WERE THE PATRONS OF THE CAFE. WE DECIDED TO UPGRADE OUR ROOM AND SINCE IT WAS THE WEEKDAYS, PARKING IS NOT A PROBLEM. OUR PROBLEM IS THE STEEP DOWNHILL ROAD FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE ROOM, JUST ONE LANE ROAD AND EVERY TIME A CAR COMING FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, WE HAVE TO REVERSE OUR BIG CAR WHICH IS A HEADACHE. ADVISABLE TO COME HERE WITH A SMALLER CAR TO NAVIGATE THE STEEP AND SMALL ROAD. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE 2 SWIMMING POOLS BUT THE INFINITY POOL WAS CLOSED AND LOOKED ABANDONED WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WE WERE LEFT WITH THE SWIMMING POOL NEAR THE BIRU-BIRU WHICH WAS LACK OF PRIVACY SO WE ENDED UP NOT SWIMMING IN THE POOL. THE JETTY WAS NICE WHERE WE COULD SIT AND UNWIND WATCHING THE BOATS PASSING BY. THE UPGRADED ROOM WAS BIG WITH FOLDED TOWELS IN BED WAITING FOR US. AIR CONDITIONER WAS WORKING WELL. WIFI WAS GOOD IN THE ROOM BUT UNFORTUNATELY, ON OUR SECOND DAY THERE WAS NO WIFI SO I HAD TO RUSH AND DRIVE OUT TO GET COVERAGE TO ATTEND TO MY ZOOM MEETING. THE RESORT HAS BEAUTIFUL BALINESE DOORS, STATUTES AND DECORATIVE ITEMS. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WELL KEPT ORCHIDS AND FLOWERS THROUGHOUT THE RESORT. IT IS INDEED A NICE RESORT FOR INSTRAGRAM OR PHOTOGRAPHY LOVERS.
