this hotel is good overall, but when we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a booking with them and they couldn't locate our booking and details. the room was also said to be taken, and they are waiting for a cancellation in order to get our room. There is a lot of confusion among staff. some visitors were told to leave their rooms once they have entered. we waiting 1 hr 30 min to get our room. so check in was at 4.30pm. parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park at the basement, which was impossible to even get one if you came into the hotel late and a T&G card was also needed to get validated before leaving the hotel if we wanted a free spot. Room was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee was hard like its never been changed.

Repeat booking at Rainbow Paradise Hotel, spacious room and comfy stay. Cleaning n lift issues improved compared with last year.still can see the in house handyman/maintenance guy working during our stay.

First room 401 was the worst. AC don't work and the toilet don't flush. After some chatting our room got upgraded. But the worst thing was the breakfast. I couldn't even eat one bite out of it. The staff and hotel is fine.

They didn't give me the breakfast I had paid.
There were a lot of small ants in the hotel. I couldn't use the Wifi in my room.
25 stories big hotel. 2 of 3 Elevator is out of working.
50 + peoples were waiting for taking one elevator.
So busy not safety.
Breakfast start 7:30, if your flight is early you can't use restaurant in the morning.
