This hotel was a great find. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. Staff were extremely freindly and made me feel very welcome. Location is in a quieter part of Tashkent but with restaurants and amenities within close proximity. Staff made me a breakfast "pack up" as my flight left early. This was a really nice touch and sometime you dont often experience in Europe.

Excellent neat clean hotel located at a quite place with near by amenities . All staff was helpful and service was well.housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was continental and rooms had all toiletries and necessities . Highly recommended hotel ! If i were to ever go back i would definitely stay here. Reception hussniddin was smart and helped us a lot . Nearby the hotel is a meat house( norin house) , pharmacy , bank , supermarket (korzinka) and a bazar (askiya bazar) not too far away and a few restaurants . i had a peaeful time here since they hotel is in a very quite peaceful place and all the necessary shops were nearby.

説是酒店不如説他是傢俬人旅館。環境還可以，相比就是貴，比酒店還要貴一些。 定了大床房，但是給我了一間雙床房。入住之後好幾個小時之後才問我有沒有問題，這讓我很是為難。 去之前確認可以刷卡，但是第二天刷卡機出現故障，商家態度很消極表示沒辦法，也不去積極協調。 另外我在預訂網站上訂的價格已經包含税費和其他費用，旅館以其他法律法規要求我付更多的費用。而且還用質問的口吻問我多付幾塊錢對我來説有什麼問題，我很不明白為什麼和其他酒店不一樣。

Это болше хостел чем гостиница, из плюсов тихо и спокойно на этом все.!!! Номер неубирают кондиционер ночью вырубают при такой жаре в таких маленьких номерах просыпаешься от духаты как в сауне. Дверь в туалете плохо закрывается и скрипит если вы с маленьким ребёнком это очень плохо как в моём случае. Туристов пытаются развести как могут, например на банный холат который вам очень мал а вы захотели по больше или на постельное белье который вес потный из-за того что они вырубают кондиционер или ещё самое смешное пытаются взять налог которые сами должны оплачивать.. Кароче говоря клаповник а не херстовн.

Из плюсов: новый отель, доброжелательный персонал, относительно недалеко от центра, вкусные завтраки, цена ниже среднего. Из минусов: отель открылся недавно, не все коммуникации отработаны, номера небольшие, в нашем номере за три ночи уборка не проводилась ни разу.
