We stayed for the first time in Royal Diwa. We initially reserved the club room, which was not ready by the official check-in time. There had been a misunderstanding and our check-in was lagged because of the cleaning taking too long. Having seen our tiredness, the hotel’s Assistant GM, Unsal Yagucmen, upgraded us to the hotel’s main building. Our room was very specious, with a large balcony. He was taking care not only of us, but also each and every guest at the hotel. Also the personnel was very helpful. The food was amazing, with tons of variety. The dinners were complemented with a special concept every evening (e.g. Mexian, Far East, Italian). The beach was very gorgeous that allowed us taking long walking tours. One week of stay was never enough, I already plan to go in a couple of weeks again!:) Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

11 ve 18 yaşlarında kızlarım ve eşim ile birlikte çok güzel 6 gün geçirdik. Daha önce Belek-Lara taraflarında çok daha pahalı otellerde defalarca aile tatili yaptık. Acenta sahibi bir arkadaşımın önerisi ile Royal Diwa Tekirova yı denedik. İnanın o pahalı otellerden fazlası var eksiği yok ve o otellere göre çok daha uygun fiyata. Bir kere yeme-içme konusunda çok iyiler, yemeklerin lezzeti oldukça iyi ve çok çeşit var. Günün her saati otelde yiyecek ikramı var, hiç boşluk yok. İçecek konusunda bence aşmışlar, marketten alır gibi orjinal kutularında veriyolar içecekleri, açık yada makine içeceği yok, otelin içinde artı bir ücret olmadan Starbucks var ve büyük kızım hergün orada bayağı bir zaman geçirdi. Kaliteyi anlamak için bu detay yeter sanırım. Akşamları gösteri ve canlı müzikleri ile çok güzel atmosferler var. Jazz Bar ı mutlaka deneyin biz eşim ile oranın ambiansına ve canlı müziklerine bayıldık. Havuz, deniz aqua hepsi çok rahat yürüme mesafesinde ve çok iyiler. Ne havuzda ne plajda şezlong bulamama sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Gittiğimiz dönemde otel ful doluydu ve buna rağmen hiçbir yerde sıra yada yer bulamama sorunu yaşamadık, barlar ve restaurantlar dahil. Çalışanların müşteri ile iletişimler çok iyi ne isterseniz hemen yapıyorlar. Birde otele girişte size müşteri ilişkilerden bir personel atanıyo ve siz çıkana kadar bütün ihtiyaçlarınız ile ilgileniyor. Bütün bu kalitenin oluşmasında Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Ünsal Bey in büyük emeği olduğuna inanıyorum. Adam makamında oturup rapor beklemiyor, sürekli sahada. Plajda, barda, restaurant ta, havuzda... sabah akşam sürekli görebilirsiniz kendisini. Ünsal bey işini iyi yapan nadir insanlardan, iyiki bu işi yapıyorsunuz Ünsal bey. Son akşam yemeğimizde her tatilde yaptığımız oylama sonucuna göre 4 te 4 oyla seneye tekrar Royal Diwa Tekirova da olacağız inşallah.

Bugra, Ayza at Anchor Restaurant and everyone else was very warm and welcoming. This os fish restaurant with delicious main course and we enjoyed the desserts! I had a great time with my familly Best expirience out of all!

Akşamları güzel zaman geçirebilmek için özenle seçilmiş animasyonlar ve kocaman bir konser alanı var her gece canlı müzik eşliğinde keyifli zamanlar geçirebilirsiniz. Özenle dizayn edilmiş güzel bir Jazz barı var. Güler yüzlü her zaman yardıma hazır personeli var. Yakın ilgilerinden dolayı günün her saatinde kendisine ulaşabildiğimiz otel müdür yardımcısı Ünsal beye, restoran şefi Serkan beye ve diğer bütün çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz. The best hotel that I ever stayed. The food is amazing and the hotel is so clean and stuff is always taking care of you starting from the top management Unsal bey, customer relations manager Svetlana and also restaurants manager Engin bey. Facilities are amazing and the room is huge, clean and comfort.

Friendly staff. The room was cozy, but lacked a bit of light with courtains closed. Quiete. The main restaurant was clean, lots of chioces and the service has been perfect. The guest relation was nice

Everything in the hotel was excellent, particularly the staff and service. The establishment is extremely convenient for families with children, thanks to its expansive Aqua Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and found the quality and variety of food to be exceptional. Drinks are excellent here. The sea is very clean, and the beach is lovely with a bar. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We as a family of 4 visited this resort. Everything was as expected. Some buildings are renovated some not, but in normal shape. Few things bothered us, but after calling a reception desk everything was sorted. Staff on beach bar Chimera is very polite and helpful, even on high sun (Eyup was smiling all the time and rest of staff was very attentive towards children) Good value for money.
