It seems really unprofessional to me that they have accepted a reservation for me these days and have not given me notice that they would have a Mexican event in front of my window, with at least 15 children running around and Yelling through the hallways and knocking on my door. It's 12:43 AM and they keep knocking and running at my door, and not even at reception did they support me in telling them anything. I understand that it is Mexican night, independence, etc. But I chose this hotel because, in addition to wanting to get to know it because in January I would have a company event here, I wanted to escape the parties in CDMX and it was worse for me. At least they would have let me know that the event would take place and there was nothing they could do. But not even at reception upon my arrival did they say anything to me!! I don't even mention the fly in the breakfast beans and that the waiter laughed and treated us as if we were disdaining a delicacy. It's really the worst night we've ever had, and with a 4-year-old girl. Terrible service at reception, rude face (literally) or as if they were doing us a favor. I already met them and I know Hacienda Tovares and they know that there is no comparison. Magical place, it has beautiful gardens and facilities and the pools are not to be missed. My wife was happy with the food and the attention of the staff, we hope to return soon. Our room had an incredible view day and night, I recommend staying on the upper floor, the views are appreciated above being at the foot of the gardens and pools, it depends on taste.

Very expensive hotel, the rooms smell horrible, the service is terrible, just because it was my niece's wedding, but to never come back again, a room is not worth that, $2,500 should be much better

The facilities are spectacular, the service is terrible, sometimes there is no hot water, other times there is no electricity, other times the wifi does not work, other times the heating does not work, other times the television gets stuck and the controls do not work, other times the internet signal It is so low that you cannot connect to platforms; Anyway.... Don't come close.

The truth is that the stay was very deplorable. Since we booked, even though a deposit was left for more than the stipulated 50% and I gave them my email so they could send it to me, they did not wait for my reservation and a week before I had to run to get the room that I already had. had separated. When they finally sent me my confirmation, they gave it to me with a different price than the one we had already agreed upon. The bathroom was disgusting, there were a flock of flies, I killed about 20 by going low. I asked the reception to clean up the dead flies and they didn't come until much later, 3 times we asked them to change the towels full of flies without success. The room didn't even have a telephone, we had to dial the reception from our cell phones. THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING, and they brought us fans, it should be noted that the ceiling fan was not working either, obviously because there was a wedding there were no rooms to which they could move us and they never offered to give us a solution other than offering us more pedestal fans. In the restaurant we ordered well-cooked meat and poorly cooked meat. When you pay for a suite you expect to receive at least a clean room. SO DISGUSTING I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMENDED. They also do not have adequate lighting, the power went out for more than an hour and the wedding was delayed.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff's attention is very good, however there are some details that I only mention to help you improve: the price of breakfast is excessive since they only give the option of a buffet for almost 400 pesos, there are some things that still need to be addressed. They lack maintenance: internet in rooms, TVs with poor signal, the children's play area and the fish pond.

Personal muy amable y atento. Especialmente capitán de meseros, Sr. Antonio Gaytan y el Chef del restaurante que se encargaron de arreglar un desperfecto en mi automóvil sin tener obligación de ello. Mi esposa y yo les estamos muy agradecidos.
