Shola Crown Resort - Munnar

Writing this review based on our 3night/4days stay. Pro- - specious and clean room - staffs behaviors were good - if traveling from bangalore, you will reach early cons: - very small property. You won't get much outdoor amenities - 40km far from munnar city. So you will feel the weather/temperature difference. - food is very very expensive - breakfast options also very limited better to stay in any other property in munnar or near mubber where you will get much much better view of tea state and much better weather. - - -

One of the best experience in Kerala. Food, service, ambience, cleanliness of the room, staff, hospitality was excellent. Infinity pool is a must try in this resort. Away from the main city centre. Ghat roads are very well connected to this place. Staff were very helpful to plan the local sight seeing.

I just stayed for 1 night after checking out from revlut resort munnar which is extremely superb hospitality. Now regarding the worthless shoba crown resort. First of all its not a resort. It's a lodge with worst indecent guys in reception and. The manager is so sick to say " since i have booked from makemytrip" they cannot give the room in top floors. They just give all sort of filthy explanation. The worst hospitality. They can learn from revlut resort munnar how to treat guests as guests no matter from where they booked from. . Worst location. Worst hospitality. Worst manager

Wonderful stay . Most recommended place with scenic view from each and every corner. Infinity pool was a next level of experience. Nice place for couple and families as well. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative.

Shola crown is really a great stay, it's located in a very peaceful and scenic place. The pool, the rooms makes for a great stay, they have a great restaurant and offer a great experience. The staff is very helpful.

Pros-property is located in a good place. Spacious rooms. Scenery from swimming pool was great. Cons- i have booked all meals from make my trip, the resort people have taken that as advantage. We can only order the food they listed which is very limited and same almost same menu for lunch and dinner. As non veg only chicken was in the list. It was boring to have same things for two days. Second day we went out, there are restaurants nearby. I have stayed in other resorts with all meals booking, either they provide us buffet or we can order in the restaurant.
