Tea Village, Munnar

The room was very bad it’s nothing like a 4 star hotel it can be well described as a 2 star. We found lizard in our hotel room. The food too was horrible and not well prepared and service was not good Would prefer people to look forward to other hotels which provide better service

Our stay at the Tea Village Munnar was absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with one of the most mesmerizing views of the hills and sunrise. Thanks to Mr Abbas, the ***ager who arranged for an authentic Kerala meal on request. Local style Kerala meal is a must and travellers should really request for this. Special thanks to Mr Harish from EGH for obliging to all our requests and helping us plan the entire trip and itinerary right from cab pickup and drop to and from the Railway station/Airport and sightseeing. He was so considerate and called us everyday during our stay to make sure we are comfortable. He made sure everything was taken care of. He also arranged for a beautiful Houseboat stay at Alleppey as EGH have their own houseboats. In total we had a great trip and experience and will remember the scenic beauty of Munnar for life.

Stayed here 2 nights and got upgraded to one of the mid category suites. Our room had a balcony and a great view of the valley below. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant on site makes good food, though options could be limited but tasty in preparation. No credit or debit cards accepted here, so do carry cash. Be careful on the drive down. Overall, a great stay.

Excellent view from the hotel. Extremely warm staff, absolutely loved the service and support. Our cab driver had to rush somewhere late at night and the ***ager, Mr. Abbas himself drove to our location to pick us up. The people are extremely kind and warm, the food is delectable, and the interiors and view are breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to munnar. Special shoutout to Mr. Abbas!

To start off the staff is so courteous...they upgraded our room...not only this they also arranged one room on the ground level for our senior citizen family members on one single request the next day...we included our dinner in the bookings...which was such a good decision....The taste of food was way beyond expectations...chinese soups to starters everything was soooo good....fresh preparations served on table with amazing taste...lovedddd it.... Nice valley view from rooms on higher floor... balcony in rooms in cherry on top in such awesome weather in munnar... Highly recommended

A beautiful place to unwind and relax. We had a great time. Would surely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to go. They celebrated my wife's birthday on request. Every staff is helpful and serves with a smile. Food is good. Just enough to enjoy!

There were stains throughout the bed. The headrest was filled with fungus and dirt. See the pictures for yourself, and this was a suite. Make my trip recommend the place and was of no help at all. This is one of the best hill station resort I have ever booked. They have Spacious and Well-maintained rooms with a Lobby with an impressive view of the Valley and Mountains. The staff is also caring and supportive with excellent service.
